    New window contacts

    We contacted prelock to change all our window contacts and we had all our windows changed. Mike the installer was great and very professional. They had to change the contacts to wireless and also upgraded our smoke detectors. Thanks for a great job and fast service.

    Condo Entrance Lock

    I recently moved into our condo and wanted the hardware replaced so it looks new and modern as well we wanted to change the key. We hired Pre-lock the tech was very professional. Lee did a great job and was very polite . Thanks for great service

    Lock changing and home alarm installation

    Efficient and professional staff and very responsive head office. Everything was done quickly and without any issues. Highly recommend.

    Alarm system and security cameras

    New Mul-T -Lock Hardware

    I love my locks it was fast and clean and good service I would refer pre-lock security to my friends and family thank you very much

    Home alarm, smoke detectors, heat detector, carbon monoxide detector, flood detector

    PreLock and Steve Fishman were very professional and personable to work with. Steve and the company went out of their way to ensure that we understood how everything worked, and that we were comfortable using everything. We would highly recommend both PreLock and Steve Fishman.

    New camera system

    Updated camera system The work was completed in one day very satisfied with the job.The technician was neat and taught me how to work the complete system I’ve worked with pre-lock for almost 30 years and know I can work with them for many more years to come.

    Home Security

    We built a new home and Paul and his team were with us all the way from designing, to finishing, to trouble shooting the very few troublesome issues. In the two years we have lived in our home we have added some additional features and the team continues to exceed our expectations in terms of recommendations and speed of installation! Well done Paul!

    New Locks

    We just replaced all our locks on our home , we wanted to use a company that has a good reputation, off to the internet we went . Wow it’s amazing what I leaned . I learned you get what you pay for . After that found Pre-lock Security. I spoke with the office who immediately had the owner contact me . I told him about the issues I had and he said he would come out personally to see how he can help . He ended up replacing all the locks with real Mul-T-Lock hardware that actually worked perfect. I feel great now knowing I’m secured with a factory authorized locksmith . I learned that you should not just buy locks from anyone who says “these locks are from the same factory “ thanks for being so professional and helpful and I will always use Pre-lock for my home security . I will be switching my home alarm monitoring to you guys as well as soon as my contract is up . You guys are great .

    Alarm Upgrade

    We had a very old alarm and thought it was time to upgrade. We replaced everything from contacts to motions and upgraded to alarm.com . We love being able to control the alarm from our phones and like that we know when anyone disarms or opens a door or window . The Pre-lock team was great . The lead installer Gabe did a great job . He was neat and very professional . Pre-lock has been our security company for about 15 years now. We always recommend Pre-lock to our friends and family.
