    Security services

    Installed a new security system and added a nest doorbell for us. They were prompt, professional, courteous and did a phenomenal job!

    Alarm install

    I was referred to pre-lock by a friend The service was excellent and I found them to be very accommodating and helpful.

    Resedential security system installation

    After researching a number of security service companies, I chose Pre-Lock to replace a legacy alarm system in my residence with a more modern one. This installation had to deal with current safety codes - for example, the installation of a CO detector. As well, it had to cope with an older house where running wires might have proved disruptive. The Pre-Lock techs added a wireless component to solve these problems. The techs, Carlos and Walter were total pros in all aspects of their work and I'm pleased to report that the new system is running flawlessly.

    Home alarm system

    Pre-Lock Security is fantastic. I would highly recommend them. They are extremely knowledgeable about their business and took the time to explain a range of alternatives available to us for our home. Pre-Lock are true professionals. In the current climate, where technology is changing by the day, it is important to know that a company like Pre-Lock knows their business and would not install an inferior system. They made multiple visits to our home and was in constant contact with to us (always in a timely manner), insuring that our system worked to our liking.

    Lock Replaced on front door

    I needed a new door lock as I could not remove my key. I called Pre-lock and they sent over a locksmith very quickly under 1 hour. He was very nice and installed the lock quickly he made me 4 keys and cleaned up the mess. I was very pleased

    Replace door locking and handle system

    Pre-lock replaced our traditional dooor lock with a keyless entry system plus a new door handle on reasonably short notice over the holidays.

    New Home Alarm System

    We renovated our home and needed to replace the complete alarm. We replaced all the contacts and installed new keypads . The installation was very professional and neat. We have used Pre-lock for many years and are glad we used Pre-lock again. Thanks again you guys rock .

    New home lights

    Excellent service, Paul personally configured the new light switches to give our home a lived in look. His electrician was very neat and polite and glad we have Pre Lock in our life !

    Excellent Customer Service

    Some time ago I found Pre-Lock on Homestars myself. I used them to get new locks and keys. Then switched from Chubb to Pre-Locks security services as well. This year we want to put in some cameras to record. At every interaction with the Stephen and the team they have been very helpful and professional. All from start to finish with great planning and execution. They manage my experience expectations and cleanup after their work. You want quality and value I recommend Pre-Lock.
