    Security systems and kitchen hardware

    I’ve been working with Paul for many years now and find that his customer service, his knowledge, his products, are all top notch. He has helped me with two houses now and I just can’t say how impressed I am with his commitment to home security and making sure that the products he sells are backed up by his company assistance. The people he has sent over for instillations have been very professional and prompt. 5 stars all the way!!

    They monitor my alarms and server room for temperature issues.

    They provide great customer service and I have been a happy customer for over twenty years. Keep up the good work.

    Jewelry Store Alarm

    We are a fine jewelry store that had our move date changed to our new larger location last minute. Our landlord asked us to move within a few days in order to help out another incoming tenant. This would normally be be impossible, especially since we are a jewelry store and both premises would need high security equipment and monitoring at the same time in order to make a safe and secure move. I called Paul, the owner of Pre-Lock security and explained my dilemma. I told him that I would need to have the new premises alarmed and locks changed within 24 hours in order to help me move on time. He told me not to worry. He would make it happen. Not only that, he looked after every single detail for me. He came out right away to inspect the new unit to get the ball rolling and he made our move stress and worry free. My expectations were exceeded and the move was done efficiently, expertly and on time as promised. Every single detail was looked after. Pre-Lock cleaned up after all their work was complete and left the premises spotless. Pre-Lock made our move a fantastic experience and we could never have made the move without Paul and his expert team!!!!

    Amazing service, highly recommend paul and pre-lock!!

    We have been using Pre-Lock Security Services for almost 35 years, Paul Seidman the owner always provides us with great service. We always enjoy working with Pre-Lock. Every team member from their company always responds to our needs and treats us like we are their biggest customer. Just last week we required another key for our front door and it was delivered within about 2 hours. We would never think of any other security provider. They are truly our one stop security provider. We would not hesitate to refer them to our customers , family and friends. Keep up the good work!!

    Reliable, thorough and responsive

    We’ve been with PreLock for the past 13 years and have always been very happy with the service we received. Paul and his team have shepherded us through three homes, meeting our security needs each and every time. We completed a renovation recently and once again, Paul was there every step of the way advising on all aspects of construction and how they impact security, from smart light switches to window and door construction. Throughout the process, PreLock rolled with the punches, coordinating effectively with our general contractor and managing to fit us into their schedule no matter what happened on our end. Each member of their team was excellent and went above and beyond to provide professional and courteous service. We can’t recommend PreLock enough.

    Home alarm system

    I feel very safe with my alarm system and I am very happy with the service. Paul recommended the appropriate system for my house and I have not had any problems.

    home security cameras

    I was very happy with the service and customer support of Pre-Lock Security. They respond quickly to any issues, are knowledgable and dependable. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting home security cameras.

    Implemented two monitoring systems at different locations.

    The company has installed two alarm systems including cameras in two locations for us. They were responsive and provided complete service. They deliver personal attention. I would recommend them to others.

    Best Security In Town
