    pre lock does great work. their service is great, especially their response time. whenever I need something fixed, replaced or adjusted, whenever a new product is needed they get it done in a flash.

    Alarm system

    Quick, reliable service. Everything was handled in a professional manner and work done as promised by the owner Paul Seidman. We are most happy with Paul's service and his recommendations for our alarm.

    Security locks, security film and security bars

    From the initial meeting to the estimate(s) to installation, the pre-lock team has been amazing to work with. Clear communication, professional, great service and use of high end products...the decision to go with pre-lock has been a great one and we have had their team provide additional services to our residence as our needs have changed. Highly recommended!!

    pre lock security - great one stop for locksmith and alarm services. Home or business.

    Pre lock handles my office alarm and locks as well as my home alarm and locks. I have a single key on my Keychain that can open everything using multi lock technology. But the key is actually double sided, two in one. One side is personal, one side business. I am moving soon, I can leave the home key with the new buyer and it won't compromise my office and I won't need to re key office. My new home can be on a new key and all I will need to change is my two in one key on my Keychain It is ideas like this that make pre lock a great company. I've been working with Paul for 20 years. He is always fast to deal with and a great guy who loves security.

    Security locks

    I've been using pre-lock for years and will continue to do so. As well I refer them to anyone I know with security needs. Pre-lock is passionate about their business and their clients

    Great company highly recommend

    I use pre lock for both locations, if any issues happen a service contractor is there next day , highly recommend and equipment used is also top of the line

    Great Service

    Amazing experience with Pre-Lock installing my alarm and servicing it monthly. Paul took the time and energy to go above and beyond expectations making sure it was done promptly. Highly recommended!

    Basement bedroom Lock

    We needed locks on our basement bedroom door so we called Pre-lock and John attended and installed passage locks so our nanny can have some privacy . The locksmith was her nice and proffesonal . Great work Pre-lock

    Lock replacement

    Due to a high number of break-in's in our area we decided to replace all of our door locks. We called Pre-Lock and was connected with Steven who took the time to come out to our home and go over our options. We decided to install 3 Medeco high security locks, and a door safe system on our front door. John the locksmith arrived to do the work, and he was very professional. We've recommended Pre-Lock to our friends and family as their prices were competitive and the service was excellent.

    Changed my locks

    An intruder kicked in my door. I called the police after investigation and told I could repair the door. I contacted Prelock and spoke to Paul the owner who came to my home and made recommendations to repair the door and installed new Medeco locks that will provide better home security. I feel alot safer now and very happy with the service.
