We used pre-lock to add security devices to our home. Paul was very organized and sent highly qualified people to do the job. They were extremely efficient, and did an excellent job. He did not sign off on the job until we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them!

I have been a client of PreLock for at least 20 years, and used their services for several homes and offices. Their knowledge of systems is top notch and service has always been outstanding. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality and dependability.

I discovered Pre Lock through Homestars and am very glad that I took advantage of the services they offered. I had 3 Door Safe systems with Door Guardians installed (2 sets of double doors, and 1 single entry door) in my home, along with commercial grade sliding bolts for my rarely used external entry to the garage door. Additionally, I had high security film installed on the glass door inserts of my double doors, and window bars installed on my basement window. Pre-lock was very helpful and honest from the get go. They explained the products thoroughly and helped me make an informed decision on which products to purchase to enhance the security of my home. On installation day, the crew arrived as scheduled, were very polite and did an excellent job installing said products. Post installation cleanup was thorough, and they ensured I was happy with all aspects of the job. Dealing with Pre Lock was a very pleasant experience for me, and I will definitely call on them again for my future home security needs! I've been a dedicated Pre-Lock customer for about 13 years now. Recently, my home had a break in while I was on vacation. Firstly, the alarm did exactly as it was supposed to, it scared off the burglars and luckily only my front door was broken. I got a call telling me that my alarm had been tripped, called Pre-Lock immediately and asked to speak with Paul, Even though it was late at night, Paul called me right back, got into his vehicle, came to my house and kept me informed during the entire police search of the premises. Paul also remained on site to secure the door for the evening and then returned the next day to complete a temporary repair so I didn't have to fly home before my vacation was over. Shortly there after I got photos from Paul showing me the damage and what he had done to temporarily repair it so I could rest easy while still away. Upon returning home, Paul came by and discussed what transpired, gave me a collection of options to help secure the premises once my door was replaced and ensured that I had everything required even though he was leaving on vacation the next morning! Great service, great staff.

I was very impressed with the overall service and pricing from Pre-Lock. I had shopped around and found that Pre-Lock's prices were very good and when their service technician arrrived, I was very impressed with the quality of the work that was performed.

After two of our neighbours were broken into we had Pre-lock review our home security and were surprised how vulnerable we really were. Now with what Pre-lock has installed and with their monitoring we sleep well at night. Great and honest guys. Totally recommend them

I have used Pre-Lock in the past and have been very satisfied with their service. So when I moved into my new condo recently, I called Brian again and asked him about my front door lock. He took the time to advise me all my options, I decided to have my lock re keyed for the moment.Brian arranged to have a technician onsite within days and have the work done. I would recommend Brian and Pre Lock to my friends and family.

So it starts with a house key being lost. So we decide to change the locks. We researched and found Pre-Lock. They had good reviews. We contact the Pre-Lock were connect with the consultant all through email. It all went very smooth and details even through email were thorough. An install appointment was booked and completed on time. In the end we got new cylinders/lock with little impact to our door being changed. In fact we now have better locks. We were so happy we decided to get a quote to have our security changed. We got a quote and appointment setup and again the installation was done on time. The installers were great, courteous and clean up after as well as provided some tutorials. Pre-Lock has been so great with their service I have recommended them to our Condo Property Manager.
