    Locksmith Services

    I wanted to send a quick note of thanks for the services I received from Pre-Lock Security Services Inc. I can confidently say that the level of service I received from start to finish was first class. I had several of your competitors also provide me with a quote and none were as professional and informative as Steve F. I had several follow-up questions and he took the time to answer all of them. The day of service was just as positive as Lee Z. arrived early, took his time, confirmed all the work and gave me options to ensure that I was satisfied with my decision. In the end, I feel a greater sense of security from the work completed, and from working with the members of your team. I know that if I require any future work that I will not hesitate to contact Pre-Lock Security and I will definitely be recommending you to colleges, friends and family.

    Alarm System Installation

    I called Pre-Lock Security. They were referred to me by a friend who used them a few years ago. I was very happy with the professional advise I received from Paul. He explained what needs to be done to properly protect our home. Our neighborhood has experienced many break ins so its very comforting to know our home is now alarmed well. The installer did a great job and made sure everything was clean when he was done. I am very satisfied with everything and now I am considering upgrading my locks which I also think is important. Great Job great company.

    Alarm Upgrade

    I have been a Pre-Lock customer for many years and I was recently curious about upgrading my security. I contacted Paul who attended my home personally and made some suggestions on improving the over all security. As my existing alarm was about 20 years old , we upgraded the complete system. It was performed over a day and all done to my satisfaction. The alarm tech Steve was very neat and attentive to make sure all was explained to me. I am very happy we have upgraded our alarm and pleased to be a Pre-Lock Customer. They respond very quickly and truly care about the customer.

    Security

    I have used Pre-Lock Security on a few occasions and found their service to be excellent. The servicemen who have done the work were friendly and knowledgeable. It didn't take them much time at all to do the job. I had to have locks changed. Price was reasonable and I would definitley use their service again.

    Electronic Lock Release

    We recently required a electronic lock release for our reception area. We called Pre-lock and met with Paul our sales rep. He provided us a firm quote and arranged for the installation. The locksmith did a fantastic job installing the products and followed up with how to use it all. Great company and we highly suggest you call Pre-lock for any security service

    Alarm Monitoring

    I have switched my monitoring services over to Pre-Lock. The staff attended my home and performed a complete test of my system and made sure all was perfect. The tech's were very professional and the sales represenative did a great job making sure I understood all the operations of the system. Hats and socks off to Brian and the Pre-Lock Team

    Locksmith Service

    I called Pre-Lock and booked a locksmith service just before the snow storm started a few days ago. I was so surprised despite the bad weather that your locksmith arrived on time. I honestly was expecting a long delay due to the weather. Not only was Cory on time, but he was so nice and so professional and helpful. Cory did a great job and I really appreciate your great services. I would not hesitate to recommend Pre-Lock Security

    Home alarm installation

    Prelock gave my family outstanding service. They were efficient, timely, and respectful. Since moving to my home, the Prelock staff has been immediate in responding to any of my concerns. I recommendd Prelock 100%.

    locks and security

    Great services and very reliable. Staff is very friendly and informative. Never had any problems in last two year, whenever called them for any issues staff responded immediately and took care of it. Very professional. Highly recommended if you are looking for cost effective, reliable and efficient security services.

    safeguard home

    Fabulous knowledgeable service, I felt so reassured when I had this company review my house needs and arm, alarm and secure doors and locks. The ongoing service has been excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone.
