Wow this company responds literally around the clock. Sent them a key holder update on the weekend and it's nice to see how fast they handle last minute things. Glad we use Pre-Lock and know we can always count on Paul

I purchased an electronic timer last year. Everything worked perfect till i tried to change the time. I asked Paul to pop by and help me reprogram the timer. He promised he would do that before I was leave for my trip. He sent a great tech over Steve who not only taught me how to do it, I now feel I can work for you guys . Thanks for the great service I rate the service as a 10 out of 10 . The charge would have been 70.00 but Paul charged me nothing!.a s a gesture of good will since I am a long time customer.I AM VERY IMPRESSED

I work very closely as an Employment Counsellor/Coach with various employers for the City Of Toronto. In my role I have to coach and work with job seekers on getting them job ready. One of the main areas that I coach clients on is on the importance of good customer service to employers and what that really means. Pre-Lock Security Services is a perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like. Right from the initial phone call in making the arrangements with Brian who was so incredibly helpful in explaining things and going over all possible options. He was patient and courteous and extremely knowledgeable. My particular situation was somewhat complex for which he took the time needed to walk me through stuff, and I never once felt rushed. In fact I felt bad for taking up so much of his time. As for the actual technician who installed the lock Cory, he too was so helpful, courteous, respectful and competent. He took the time to not only explain things in detail but also went out of his way to look at another lock that wasn't part of the service order and fixed it for me. It was very clear to me that he is a very responsible technician who is extremely committed to doing really good work. I really feel that in all my years as a consumer that this was the best customer service experience that I have ever had in my life and I am completely genuine in saying so. Staff is competent, they care about their customers, and they are committed to doing excellent work and meeting the needs of the customer to the fullest. I would not hesitate to recommend Pre-Lock Security Services to anyone who is in need of a locksmith. It's 10 out of 10 for Pre-Lock Security Services!!!!

We’ve used Pre-Lock for our alarm service for many years. We have dealt with both Paul & Brian in the past. Most recently we added new high security locks for our doors & window bars for the basement windows. Great sales, installation and after sale service keeps us coming back. I would recommend Pre-Lock to family & friends.

Pre-locks team of friendly & professional staff have taken care of our home security for over two decades. We recently revamped out alarm system with a doorbell connection and four cameras which record movement. They helped set up a link to my smartphone/tablets and answer my questions via text or email within minutes - thanks Team Pre-lock!

I live in a rental apartment. I wanted a more secure deadbolt. I purchased a Mul-T-Lock from Paul. He was very helpful and even though it was for one deadbolt he made me feel like I was an important customer. He arranged for his locksmith Jeff to install the lock and all went perfect. He even dropped a key off to the property manager as it was the policy for them to have an emergency key. Great work

Pre-Lock is the ultimate customer service company. they stand behind their product 100%. response times are second to non. I have only had great experiences with them. The technicians are well versed in the craft, and add to that that they are totally personable, to the point of feeling like old pals. it is and was a pleasure working with them.

Our camp previously had a multitude of random and unreliable keys locking up our buildings and sheds. Pre-Lock came in, surveyed our needs and organized our locks and keys into easily identified master and unique locking systems. The staff was helpful and efficient.
