    Window Bars

    There have been a lot of break in's in our area. We are going away for the holidays and did not want to leave the house without adding window bars. I was very pleased that Paul arranged for the bars to be installed the same day and attended personally to measure the windows and not rely on my measurements. This company is great from the boss down to the window bar installer. Thanks for the fast service this time of the year.

    Home Security

    What is there to say about Pre-Lock? Professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The staff are very easy to deal with and take the time to demonstrate to the client what is needed to try and protect their home and their family. Our deepest thanks to Paul and the team. If you need anything related to your locks or security, there is no reason to call anyone else but Pre-Lock.

    Locksmith & Alarm Services

    We have been using Pre-Lock Security for many years. We have turned to them for both our alarm and lock needs. We recently purchased new high security locks that open and close so easy compared to our old locks. They have always done a very good job and have good people that you can count on. I rate them top choice in the security field.

    Safe

    I was looking for a new safe. Paul recommended a great product. His installers were on time and neat - as always. The entire sale and installation process was hassle free.

    Locksmith

    I was looking to upgrade my locks for my home. We wanted locks that used special keys that can not be copied. We choose Mul-T-Lock High Security locks which seemed to meet our needs. Our sales person Paul sent a locksmith who did a very professional job. He was very neat and took the time to show me how the lock works and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure doing business with Pre-Lock.

    Alarm Issue

    I am writing this review as appreciation for the quality service provided by Pre-Lock Security and staff. I had a phone line issue that was tampering with my alarm system; I called Pre-Lock at 11 am for technical support and was attended to on site within the hour. I must say the correct and prompt support extended by him was appreciable. He answered all my queries and was very polite and helpful throughout the visit. This company should certainly feel proud of such resources that bring in goodwill for the company. Keep up the good work. Once again thank you for the good service and I wish the company a lot of success.

    security locks

    they have great and knowledgeable staff, right down to installers. Security is the number 1 priority and I would highly recommend Pre-Lock to Anyone from door locks to security systems. they also do video surveillance systems and monitoring, available 24 hours a day high quality equipment and services

    Security system

    I recently had this Company install a security system for my parents who are getting up in age and yet wanted to remain in their own home. I was most impressed with the care and concern that Pre-lock showed and the reasonably priced yet very effective security suggestions that they made. I am planning on using these people for updating the security of my own home in the coming year. Thank you Pre-lock!

    New locks

    We recently had a break-in at our home and were in need of new locks for our doors. We were going to go to Canadian Tire to purchase our locks, but we were told by friends that we should look into having high security locks installed as they offer better security. We called a couple of companies, but decided to go with Pre-Lock as the service we received from Steve was excellent. Cory was the installer, and he was very pleasant, and as he finished each door, he cleaned up which was an added touch. i would highly recommen Pre-Locdk if you are in need for high security locks.

    Camera System

    We installed a camera system in our home. At first I did not think it was very important. Now that I have it I find that I use it all the time. The picture quality is great and we feel very safe knowing the video cameras are in place
