I recently bought an alarm from Pre-Lock. Paul was the sales person who attended our home. He offers great service and his staff installed the system exactly in the manor that was explained to us. I am very happy with Pre-Lock and glad I found them on homestars

My family just purchased our first home and the home already had an alarm system installed. After speaking with the company that used to service the alarm system we were not happy with what they recommended in regards to upgrades. After shopping around we called Pre-Lock and had a very nice and friendly sales person by the name of Steven come out to our house and offered us solutions that were affordable. Terry the service tech was extremely helpful and explained the system in great detail. I would highly recommend Pre-Lock for all your security needs.

I recently moved into a bungalow with 7 large basement windows and 2 large main floor windows in the back of our house and I was concerned about how to secure these windows. I had other security concerns that I was unsure how to address. I contacted Pre-Lock based on the helpful reviews and I was very pleased with this company from start to finish. Brian Gold came to assess my home and he took the time to evaluate several alternatives. I found Brian to be kind and knowledgeable. Of course, I knew he wanted to make a sale but I never felt he was pushing me into buying Pre-Lock products or buying more than I could afford. I was not sure how the bars would look and so I told Brian I just wanted them for 3 of the 7 windows and he was fine with that. After the home consultation, Brian readily responded to my queries for information. When the installers came, they were clean and took care not to track in dirt into my home. More importantly, the installers were obviously experienced and knew what they were doing. I was impressed that Brian Gold showed up on the installation date to make sure everything was going smoothly. The basement window bars looked nicer than I had anticipated so told Brian that I wanted to put them on the remaining 4 windows. Brian called Pre-Lock and arranged to pick them up and deliver them to my house so that it could all be installed at the same time. I was also pleased with the laminate product that was applied to my windows. Brian assured me that it would be clear and it is. I cannot tell it is there. The installers took all the boxes etc with them and cleaned up after themselves. After all was done, Brian followed up to see if I was satisfied. I told him I could not figure out how the locking mechanism worked on the basement windows (despite having been shown by the installer). Pre-Lock sent a technician to my house the next day to show me how the lock worked. I plan to use Pre-Lock again to install a high security lock on a new door that I have ordered. Brian advised me on the type of door hardware to buy that could be changed to a high security lock and his advise helped me avoid a costly mistake as I did not know that only certain door hardware can accept being changed to accommodate a high security lock. I feel that my home is more secure and I feel safer and better protected. I am very happy and I highly recommend Pre-Lock.

This the third or fourth time I have used Prelock. They have the best locks and the best sales person: Brian Gold. There is no need to look anything further.

We were blown away by the service, professionalism and quality of work of Brian and his team. From the beginning, Brian carefully listened to what we were looking for, never tried to push the sale and was extremely responsive. He often responded at all hours! He followed up on the job and ensured we were happy with everything. Robert installed our film and did a wonderful job. He was friendly, on-time and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Pre-Lock (and Brian and Robert) for security needs. After many frustrating experiences this year with renos, it was a relief to have such a positive one! We will certainly use them in the future and recommend to friends.

The installer was punctual and did not leave a mess behind. Good customer service and production selection. I would definitely recommend this company to others for replacement lock services. Overall a professional job.

Brian came out and gave me all my options for my locks and suggestions for future security options if I wanted. Both he and the technician were friendly and helpful.
