    Mul-T-Lock & Alarm System

    Fantastic is all I can say. I found them on Homestars and spoke with Paul directly. He offered to come out the evening of our closing to view our house and consult on our security needs. Paul arrived promptly at 6pm and did a very thorough job providing us with much needed advice. I ordered High Security Locks & had it all installed the next very morning. The Locksmith John was great. Very knowledgeable & professional and he clearly explained what he was installing and ran us through the use of the new locks. Pre-Lock truly lived up to their Homestars reputation!

    Door Security

    We contracted Pre-Lock to improve security around our home on our doors Brian came to our home and made some very good recommendations and followed up after the work was completed. We reinforced our door and added security bars on our basement windows. The technician was very experienced and did a great job. I would use Pre-Lock again and recommend them as well.

    Smart Home Monitoring

    I have been using Pre-Lock Security for both my home and office alarm system. Pre-Lock has always provided our office and family great service and very easy to reach 24/7 over the last 5 years. I recently received a flyer from Rogers talking about Smart Home Monitoring. I contacted Pre-Lock to see if they all offer these services, In all honesty I would never dream of having any more Rogers in my life. I am thankfull that Pre-Lock can add their C24 Smart Home Monitoring services to my existing alarm without moving my services to another provider. Thanks Pre-Lock I am happy you guys are providing our security and only wish you also offered cable TV & phone service.

    Hight Security Locks By Mul-T-Lock

    Great Service is something you never forget. I bought Mul-T-Lock High Security deadbolts for my house almost a year ago. As I wanted to upgrade my locks and overall physical security I knew installing these locks that were made in Israel are the answer to my security. Pre-Lock was great. They scheduled the installation on my moving day. They showed up on time. They vacuumed up all the dust and provide excellent follow up. I just called them today almost a year later and needed an extra part for my door and they responded right away and sent me the part same day. Wow that is service and hats off to your team. Keep up the good work.

    Alarm & Locksmith Services

    We have used Pre-Lock Security Services for about 7 years for both our alarm and locksmith needs. We have found the company to be very professional and most important very accessible and responsive whenever we have a question or need anything at all. The work was done on time, and we enjoy the added benefit of Pre-Lock's Smarthome monitoring services that sends us real time notifications and any alarm signals from our home alarm are transmitted to my Iphone. I have no problem in recommending their services to my friends and family and am glad we use Pre-Lock Security.

    Changing locks in my house

    I found the service that I received was excellent. From the time I called the company until the work was completed they were very helpful and professional. The price I was charged was very competitive and I would highly recommend Pre-Lock for all your locksmith needs.

    Mul-T-Lock High Security Locks

    Security is very important to me, knowing I can trust my security provider is just as important and clearly should not be taken for granted when you are choosing a security provider. The internet is very scary and it is hard to know who to trust. Pre-Lock suggested we install locks whereby the keys can not be copied without our written permission. That was very important to me and I am satisfied with the locks and very pleased how professional the company has been from the start to the finish. I was very impressed to see how quick the staff respond to any questions I had and always leave you with a feeling that they care about the customer. I know I picked a great company and very pleased to refer them to the Homestars community.

    Alarm System

    Wanted to thank Pre-Lock for service above and beyond what any security provider offers. In addition to the excellent service they perform for our alarm needs, I called them today following another trade person who was clearly careless in the house while he moved the fridge and kinked the copper tubing for the ice maker and caused water to leak on the floor. Our house keeper called me and I contacted Paul to reach out for assistance on this matter. Not only did he personally attend to isolate the problem, he dispatched his team and they replaced the tubbing and resolved the issue. I guess it was all in a days work for the Pre-lock team but clearly above and beyond my expectations. Thanks again you guys are great. I highly recommend your security services and look forward to many more safe years together.

    Security System

    I found Pre-Lock on the web using a google search. I found the sales representative very informative and knowledgeable. They came out and gave me a free estimate and suggested a few things that would make my premise safer. They installed a high tech alarm system and did a great job. The staff was very neat and took the time to make sure that everything was clean throughout the entire installation. I would highly recommend Paul & his team. They are very good at what they do and we feel a lot safer now.

    Mechanical Digital Lock

    I needed a good quality mechanical lock for my door. I was tired of having to have a key. I was referred to Pre-Lock by a good friend as I did not just want to call any body. I called them and got a price, which was very competitive. They explained all the various models available. I ordered the lock on the phone and they sent a locksmith over in about 2 hours and installed it on my door. I was very pleased and would highly suggest Pre-Lock for any service you need. They are very friendly and know how to keep a customer happy. I am thrilled with my lock . Thanks again .
