    Locksmith Services

    Needed High Security locks for my business. I wanted to install something that would control exactly who has the keys to our office. I wanted keys that could not be duplicated in a normal hardware store. I contacted a few locksmith services and found the staff at Pre-Lock very helpful and knowledgeable. The quoted me to replace my lock with a Medeco deadbolt and did that exactly at the price they quoted. The locksmith was great and very clean. He had his own vacuum and cleaned up all the dust and pieces of wood. I highly would suggest Pre-Lock for your next security need.

    Emergency Lock Replacement

    Our Staff arrived at our clinic and could not open the door. She called Pre-Lock and they sent a locksmith over who ended up replacing the lock and getting her in fast. We honestly could not believe how quick they got there. Great Service is what it is all about and this company understands that clearly. We have added Pre-Lock to our emergency service card so everyone on our team can count on Pre-Lock Security in an emergency. Great Job Guys!

    alarm system and high security deadbolt installation

    Amazing experience with this company. Brian from sales is a role model for excellence in customer service. He even responded to my emails on a Sunday and provided lots of guidance on what I need and don't need. Honest and thorough. Steve and Rob did a great job with installing the system and locks. The only thing I would have improved is if they had brought a shop vac and cleaned up after themselves (but I know that's probably asking too much). Excellent organization and I'm really glad I went with them.

    access control system

    Pre-Lock recommended an access control system as part of an overall enhancement to our total office security plan. The system has worked as envisaged. Whenever we have had any requests for service, no matter how large or small, Pre-Lock has always been there for us.

    Alarm Systems

    I have been a customer of Pre Lock Security Inc for 10 years. Their service & response is always prompt, polite & reliable. In recent times I had dialogue with Paul, the company president, about alarm systems & my own circumstances. His response was brisk & thorough whether by email, phone or in person. He runs a tight ship & is to be commended!

    Locks and door levers for 28 unit condo building

    I'm an interior designer who did some work recently on a boutique condominium building downtown across from the AGO. The old door hardware was brass and did not fit with the renovation of the common space so Pre-Lock changed them all out to brushed nickel. The doors were stained a dark espresso colour and now the new locksets and levers look fantastic with the doors. It brought the door design up to a new level and also increased the level of security in the building as we upgraded the hardware and key sets to a more secure and better quality. Aaron and Paul were very easy to deal with and everything went very smoothly with installation. So much so that the building decided to add on to the work being done and also include push bars for the garage door exits. I would and have used Pre-Lock since for other projects.

    Home Alarm System

    Hey what can I say, the company is great. You can call Paul any time and he is always there to help you. We feel real safe and know we picked the right security company to protect our home and family. Have used them before will use them again.

    Lock Change

    Thanks Guys for assisting my team in changing locks for my landlord. As a property manager for investors properties, I am very picky on the service and costs. I appreciate how quick and efficient everything was in processing. I will use your services again.

    Change Lock Front Door

    Our key broke off in the lock of our front door. I called Pre-Lock Security, I found them on the internet. I spoke with Brian who provided me great service and options to consider in fixing the problem. He sent me a locksmith and took the key out of the lock and I was able to lock my door again. Thanks for your great service

    Home Locks & Alarm Monitoring

    I have been using Pre-Lock for about 10 years and have always found there service great. When you call the office you are always speaking with a person that can actually help you. The staff are very friendly and always get the job done right the first time
