    New Front Door Locks

    Contacted Brian to change our locks as my workplace had dealt with Pre-Lock in the past. He was was very detail-oriented, patient, and explained all the options and the process. The work was done on time and on budget. I would definitely deal with Brian & Pre-Lock in the future, as I appreciated the friendly and personable service. Thanks again!

    Mul-T-Lock Deadbolts & Alarm System Upgrade

    We were recently broken into and knew we had to do something to feel safe in our home again. We were referred to Paul from a close friend. He responded very quickly and attended our home to review our options and provided his recommendations. We went over the options and agreed to implement some of his suggestions. He did not try to sell us the moon, he just did what was required. We now feel really safe and know we picked the best security provider. Great work, great company and great guy to deal with.

    Alarm & High Security Locks

    We recently moved into our new location and used Pre-Lock to perform all our security services. They were very neat and professional and truly know their stuff. We are very pleased with the products and the staff really care about how happy you are. Hard to find this kind of dedication in today's world. Great Company

    Electric Strike Installation

    Pre-Lock was asked to install an electric strike on our rear door so we can control access and speak with who needs access without leaving the door unlocked. They provided fast service and our staff is now a lot safer. Great work Guys

    Alarm system installation

    Paul, thanks for all your amazing advice on security. My house has never felt more secure. the new locks and remote monitoring that you installed makes me feel that my family and house a safe and secure. I would recommend pre-lock to anyone that is looking for a true professional in the home security field

    security, dead bolts, window protection

    Easy process and open communication from our initial meeting, to quotation to execution/installation. The Pre-Lock team recommended solutions that worked for us! Great service - great products! I would highly recommend Pre Lock and would certainly use them again as we add to or change what we have in place.

    Safe

    On the initial sales call they were very prompt, extremely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Installation was right on time, quick and clean. A very well run company.

    Alarm System & Locks

    We use Pre-Lock Security Services both for our alarm system needs and our locksmith needs. The service is great and the staff are always very responsive to our needs. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and faimly to Pre-Lock Security. They truly are a one stop secruity service provider that you can count on..

    Lock

    I recently opened a new store in Toronto and wanted to have the lock changed. I did some research and contacted pre-lock about the quote. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The service technician came on time for the installation which I really was satisfied with. He was very professional as well. Installation process was very smooth and quick. Would definitely recommend pre-lock to not only business customers but also residential customers.

    Sprinkler Alarm Monitoring

    Pre-Lock Security provides our sprinkler alarm monitoring on many of the properties we manage. They are great to work with and we are pleased with the services they offer us. The sprinkler tech's are great and very responsive when ever we need them. Great work....
