We called Prelock to change our locks when we moved into our new home. They were prompt, professional and helpful. They made excellent recommendations for our needs, which included two sets of keys and locks, for our side door, which is also used by a tenant, and our front door. They also advised us which doors and windows in our home were secure and which could use upgrading, without pressuring us to do anything extreme. They provided some options and solutions for keys and locks that were workable and simple. The service was great, their staff was professional, and we were very pleased with the job done.

Brian assesed my situation over the phone and made a number of recommendations. He was more than helpful in explaining all of my options and made suggestions. Pricing was competitive. I've decided to go ahead with the Medeco dead bolts and door security. The installer was excellent. He took his time and his workmanship was also very good. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends and will also be using them again in the future for sure.

Pre-Lock installed a new security system and new grip sets at the front door when we moved in 6 years ago. Now we are putting the house up for sale, and wouldn't you know it, the mechanism failed and I had to tape the lock open so I could get in and out of the house. That wouldn't look too good to a prospective buyer. Anyway I called at the end of a business day, and 9:00 the next morning Paul had dispatched two guys to fix it. Now that is what I call service !! The door looks and works perfectly. I would definitely recommend Pre-Lock for hardware and for security monitoring. They are always available and responsive to all our needs. I already used Pre-Lock for my home alarm, and had them back to my house for additional upgrades do to a recent home invasion. I made the mistake of hiring someone to replace my front door lock and found them on google, and trusted that they were selling me a real Mul-T-Lock Deadbolt which are made in Israel and that is what I wanted. They sold me a Dorex lock with a Uscan Cylinder and tricked me. Pre-Lock pointed that out and replaced my locks with real Mul-T-Lock Product, and made my front door entry real secure. I want everyone to understand the dangers of going to Google and hiring someone who may not really be a locksmith professional. I also called and spoke with the President of Mul-T-Lock who assured me that Pre-Lock is a excellent choice and a true authorized Mul-T-Lock Dealer.

Pre-Lock gave me unbelievably wonderful service. They, especially Brian, were helpful to explain all the options available to me and the pros and cons of each one. Without their suggestions and expertise, I would have made the wrong decision. On top of that, the workmanship by Colin was impeccable, the pricing phenomenal and the service outstanding. It is not too often that you get such wonderful treatment. From now on, all my locks will come from Pre-Lock.

It is truly remarkable how good the people at Pre-lock really are. Knowing how hard it was to install an alarm in our completly finsihed home, i truly had no idea it could be done after speaking with other security companies. There staff no only installed the alarm without any wires showing, they did it without any damage to our home at all. My wife is a a clean person who tolerates no dust, or mess. i am pleased to report she is very happy and loves the new security we installed. You guys are the best security company we have ever used .
