    Alarm and window film

    I have nothing but praise for this company. We have been Longtime customers of Pre lock and I wouldn't think of changing companies or systems if it was given to me for nothing. When it comes to service and quality, there is no compromise. Service is always prompt and the team is immaculate which is important, a mess is never left. When we have needed any service it's always been within a few hours. Not only has Pre lock looked after our alarm and window film but they have also taken care of all our lock needs.

    Security Film

    I recently installed security film to reduce forced entry by breaking glass. I never heard of security film until I spoke to the security people. The product really works, we installed it in December before we went to Florida, while away it was put to a challenge by a intruder. The intruder picked up the barbecue and hurled it against the sliding glass door in our kitchen. The glass broke but the intruder did not get in. The police were very impressed with the product as well. Your team really knows how to make our family feel very safe.

    Alarm and locks

    We just arrived at our new office and called Pre-Lock Security. The security consultant was very professional and new there stuff. We werer very impressed with the service and products we bought from them. I know we picked the right company and would suggest this company and Paul Seidman as the best security service provider. They provided our business with one stop shopping and made our expereince excellent.

    Installation of Medeco Locks

    I contacted the owner of Pre-Lock, Paul Seidman, based on the recommendation of a good friend. We were looking to upgrade all the locks in our house and needed expert advice. I contacted Paul and arranged for him to come to our home to provide a free estimate. Paul's knowledge was incredible and he explained how we could improve the security of our house by tenfold. We ultimately settled on a series of Medeco locks and other reinforcements for the doors. We were then contacted by his site coordinator and arranged a time for installation. His installer arrived at the time specified by his coordinator and then he reviewed exactly what he was going to do on each door. He was extremely professional, courteous and neat. In a matter of 2 hours he was done and had gone the extra step of adjusting all the doors so they closed even better than before. I am beyond satisfied with the work done by Paul and his team. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional locksmith.

    Install special security key

    We hired Pre-Lock after the first locksmith completely bungled the job. These guys were great. They installed a special security lock with a non-reproducible key that we love. After watching a YouTube video of thieves lockpicking a door in 20 seconds, we knew we needed something that was a bit more of a deterrent. Pre-Lock were very professional, were fast and efficient, and helpful. The cost is largely that of the lock and keys, which aren't cheap given their construction.

    Rekeys

    I was very impressed with the quick response that I recevied and to have my concerns addressed. The work done was professional, and I had asked the locksmith for some secuirty tips, and he offered me a free consultation and quote after he completed his work, which was great! I would recommend and definitely use this company again with confidence.

    Securing HOme

    Great products and great service to fit your particular needs. They explain things very well, call you back right away and supplied good products and excellent installation. Very patient and explained things very well.

    Security Alarm Services

    I have been a customer of Pre-lock for many years, but had purchased a new house and decided to use Sears to install my new system, as Sears has always had a good reputation and the fees were cheaper. I recently had a feeling that the system was not working properly and tested the system, to in fact discover that the monitoring station did not receive any signals, and in fact had not been receiving any signals for a number of months. Now realizing that my entire home and family had not been secure and we were never notified of such from Sears Home Alarms, I decided to return to a company I had more confidence in and now know that since I've gone back to Pre-lock Security, everything is working 100%. I have also now learned that the entire system had not been installed properly and am very sorry I didn't stick with Pre-lock from the beginning. Pre-lock went above and beyond to ensure that my system provides me with the kind of protection I thought I had with Sears. Although I am now paying slightly more in monitoring fees, I fully agree with the statement, "You get what you pay for"!

    Lock cylinders

    I was looking around for the Mul T Lock cylinders for a while. I had my lock smiths out to see if they could change my cylinders with no avail. these guys were able to solve all my problem with a fairly small fee. I was very happy with the service and extremely happy with the products.

    Complete reinstall of high security locks, window film, door-safe system, alarm

    Pre-lock is a marvelous full-service security company.
