I recently required service at our home for our alarm system, and called on the weekend expecting not to hear back until Monday. A service technician called me later that day to let me know that they had received my message and would create a work order and call back on Monday to confirm an appointment. First thing Monday morning I did receive my call and service appointment was booked and completed within the next day. Thank you for having a quick response, and incredibly kind and capable technicians!

On one of the coldest days of the year my front door lock broke and I was locked out. I have never used Pre Lock before but I know of many in my neighbourhood who recommend them. I called and they sent Lee out right away. Not only did he fix my lock but my door now closes better than it ever has in the 15 years I have owned the house.
