    Paul of PreLock was absolutely fabulous! We are thrilled with the service provided. New locks, alarm and light switches.

    Much more then just a security company. Makes smart homes!

    Great service did lock, alarms, electrical for sound system and provided sound system, smart light switches. Everything can be controlled from your phone. Owner checked in on work site all the time. Felt very confident in quality of work start to finish

    Intercom, locks and alarm install

    Pre-Lock staff were professional and did an excellent job installing security systems in our new office. Highly recommend.

    Serviced alarm and locks

    Had front door replaced and had to have locks adjusted and alarm adjusted. Pre lock came out immediately to provide the service. Both alarm and lock team were very helpful.

    Superior Locksmith Serivces

    After so many years we decided to enforce our home entrance locks. We reached out to Prelock who came out within 24 hours and made some excellent security recommendations. The products they recommended were very affordable and much stronger than what we had prior. The customer service from the technician was amazing and he was quick and easy to deal with. We strongly recommend this company for security products and services.

    Home security system

    I have been using Pre-lock for home and business alarm and security services for over 20 years, and recently upgraded my home security system. Pre-lock is quite simply the best in the industry. They are extremely knowledgeable, have excellent customer service, and consistently exceed expectations. When a company earns your trust over and over again, there is no need to look elsewhere.

    Door Lock Repair

    Our front door lock mechanism broke making the door unlockable. Prelock responded promptly and the technician installed a safety lock as a temporary measure. He picked up the necessary parts when available the next morning and expertly completed the repair. We were very appreciative.

    Full alarm system.

    Had a great experience. Pre-lock did a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend them. They did a few homes for me already. Excellent customer service. Anytime I ever had a problem they took care of it right away.

    Home alarm upgrade

    I upgraded my alarm and now have complete control from phone. What a great feature ! The technician was super friendly and walked me through the whole process. Everything was 10/10 ! Thanks Pre-lock

    Never a regret

    When we moved into our first home 23 years ago, the previous owners told us to work with Prelock for home security. They were fantastic to work with then, and as I have gotten to know Paul and the team, it has only gotten better.
