    Couches

    HI bought a couch and love seat , Couches came beginning of November. The delivery guys had very poor hygiene and walked on my new rug with shoes on! When we unwrapped the couches , there was a blue pen mark on the couch. I called parks right away. A lady called me back two days later, we set up a time for a guy to come clean the couch. I waited all day and he never came. I called again and left an email explain how that no one came. The response I got was that the cleaning guy called me 4 times and my phone was busy. This is a not true! I have double lines and and answering machine. We booked another time for the guy to come clean the couch. (A week or so later !) and guess what ?! That's right. He didn't come again! Now they want to replace the part on the couch with pen and I will have to be at home another day for them to pick the couch up, fix it, and bring it back the next day ... another day I have to wait at home ... I want to returne the furniture that I bought and the response I get is that I have to pay 10% restalking fee!! And use it towards buying something else at Parks ! I have been asking to speak with a manager or the owner. No one will give me the name of the person in charge. parks sold me a couch with pen on it ! Won't come and clean it. ! And I don't want these couches anymore or have to deal with this crappy service and I have to pay to give the couches back ?!! PARKS HAS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Don't waste your money or you time !!

    worst customer service ever

    By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had and not just once, but continuously throughout this entire situation which has now gone on since delivery of my couch June 21, 2016 - 5 months!!! My section arrived with a leg that could not be screwed in and I was advised somebody would be back within 2 weeks to fix it. In addition a few of the cushions were not right. I had an appointment for the repair man July 11th between 4 - 6 and left work early to be home by 4:00. Nobody showed up and nobody called. I was advised that the repairman's truck had broke down and his cell phone died. After several emails and no response I sent an email July 22nd advising the service Manager Karen and the owner Patrick Gabriel that I wanted my couch returned for full refund. That's all it took to get Karen to finally contact me. She advised that her repairman's truck was still broken down but that she paid somebody to bring him to me to do my repair. It's not my fault his truck is still not running so I find it most unprofessional that she felt she needed to tell me she paid somebody but then on top of that the person who brought the repairman to my home was Patrick Gabriel, the owner. She paid her boss to bring his repairman to my house??? She didn't think I would know who he was, he didn't identify himself until I asked as I recognized him from being on TV. The leg finally got fixed July 26th. Patrick decided he was going to order 2 new stuffing cushions to fix some of the problem and that the would be in within 2 weeks. I waited until September 28th (2 months) and still nobody called about these cushions. Again I advised that I wanted my couch returned and once again magically Karen called me back. The biggest issue is a cushion that is too small and doesn't fit right. I have provided the picture from Deco-rest's website of how my couch should look, I went back to Park's showroom and took pictures of the couch I saw when I purchased my couch to show them that my couch doesn't look like the 2 model couches. October 17th Karen left a message apologizing for not following up. It's been 5 months since I got my couch and this is the first time anybody has apologized. I have been made to feel like an inconvenience when I try to deal with these people. I offered a couple of choices on what I need to happen to somewhat make this problem go away and gave a deadline for a response but no surprise, I have heard nothing. Park's Furniture's way of dealing with issues is to ignore the customer and hope that they will get fed up and just go away. It's unfortunately but a lot of people do exactly that instead of fighting for what's right. I have gotten legal advise and told that I will win this case so small claims court here I come. I wish others would read this and do the same rather than just give up after being treated so poorly. This company has no problem taking your money but don't expect anything good to come after that if you have any issues. I've learned to do my homework and do research on companies before giving them my business. Sincerely disgusted!

    Chairs

    Great service and product. Went down to store to find out about availability with NO appointment. Very well treated. Great choices. Would go back again. Sylvia Wheeler Library clerk. Look forward to receiving.

    Table

    I bought a table the service was ok the table was nice and the price was great. His is helpful and if he is working there I will most likely buy more furniture from this retailer in the future.

    Couches for apt

    I'm recently separated and on a budget. Park's was the place to go. I did find some sales people not very helpful. Walked right by me. Until Tara came along. She was GREAT! Very helpful. I did however have to sit on camping chairs till my couch and loveseat arrived but that couldn't be helped. These things happen. Your delivery guys are the best. Great attitudes, very friendly even in this heat. I am very happy with my purchases. Thanks so much!

    Leather Sectional

    Very happy with service provided. I ordered a Palliser sectional through Park's as the pricing was extremely competitive. Prior to delivery we discovered a problem with what was ordered and Park's worked very quickly resolve the problem. The sectional was a make to order, causing shipment delay vs promise date. They were so concerned for our satisfaction that they offered to provide a loaner until our order arrived. I consider the customer service provided as superior to most retailers. Thank you Patrick & team.

    Living room

    I bpught my living furniture from parks, we bought from the manufacturers "decor rest" as well as "Ashley furniture". Our sales person Christine was very helpful with helping us find fabrics and matching items. Everything was low in cost, easy and fast. I will be shopping here again for sure

    Bedroom

    My husband and I bought a bedroom set for our new master bedroom. The 2 ladies in the office were incredibly helpful and our sales person Lore made things very easy for us and everything was such a low price! I will be shopping here more

    Dining table

    I bought a dinning table and the price was affordable but I don't know its quality. The customer service was awful at the store and at the warehouse. Anybody helped me when I walked in to look around the store.

    coffee table.

    Ive purchesed here about 5 times, all with no problems & very resonable. last purchase was a solid wood coffee table with a lift up top & 4 drawers. we saw one at ashley furniture for $700- , but decided to try parks...it was $200- cheaper. we ordered it & picked it up ourselves. would go back again. always cheaper & good qaulity.
