Excellent service, Venessa was very helpful, she understood my needs. Good quality products. Delivery was excellent. Friendly staff.

Bought a dresser with bunk bed, they broke the mirror during delivery. It's been 6 months now, calls after calls, emails and they keep changing their delivery replacement delivery date. Of course they don't do refund, I've even offered to pick it up. They have another story for that! The absolute worst sales people ever! Similar complaints in BBB. From someone who loves to shop here, you just lost me. And I will put in my piece in BBB as well. Btw, the bunk bed buckled. So quality is meh.

My neighbour & I both attended Parks recently & purchased a sofa & recliner chair,, the salesperson, Jade was most attentive, knowledgeable about the product, quality & info on the manufacturer - We were very impressed. I have ordered furniture in the past from Parks.. their prices & selection are the very best. I would never go anywhere else.

Great job on the delivery guys. Helped me get the big sofa through the door. Was not easy. From the day of purchasing to the day of delivery everything was more than satisfactory. Recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else who's looking for a good deal on furniture

Service department is useless. They do not answer calls and do not promise the work on time. I have been dwsling with them about 2 chests that were damaged on delivery. Service was supposed to get back to me on this. 3 months later no call back. I called and finally the service manager arranged to pick up the items and promised to have the repair done within a week. It is now 1 month later and I have not received my 2 items. I am trying to reach him but he (Eric) is not answering the phone. I have tried to communicate with him by email and he has not replied as well on previous communications I will never ever purchase from this store again I was referred to this store by an interior designer I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this store.

Delivery window was 4 hours and they notified me when they were 20 minutes away. Pat and Nick were friendly and professional and very respectful. Our 3 piece sofa was assembled in no time, along with ottoman and recliner. No cardboard to clean up...they took everything with them...thanks Pat and Nick...awesome service, 2 thumbs up, highly recommended.

Purchased 2 Canadian made couches. Lowest price compared to the price they were selling for at other stores. Understandably long wait because we bought custom. The manufacturer set the date when it would be delivered and it came 2 weeks earlier than expected. When I wanted an update Parks was very easy to deal with, and any employee was able to help me not just my sales person. Delivery men were polite and professional.

Parks Furniture was great to deal with, purchased two sofas just before the holiday and they came though. Delivery was quick.

On January 15 2022 I purchased 2 chairs they had told me delivery would be in August. I called in May to get some update when they told me now they would get them in October. Today is July 22 and decided to check again and she tells me it could take one year to get them now I'm not very happy if I had been told at the time of my purchase that it would take this long I would never have bought them .people have since told me this would happen but it was my first time buying at parks which will probably be my last .very disappointed I feel I should get my deposit back so i can go someplace else to make my purchase
