    leather sofa, chair and a half and ottoman

    Had just moved into new condo and was looking for new furniture. Saleslady really knew her stuff, listened to my needs and found exactly what I needed for the space I was working with. She even brought me into area of store that was private to show me all they had to offer. She was very patient and followed up to make sure I was satisfied once my furniture was delivered. It was the best furniture I ever bought and looks as good as new five years later.

    couch

    Park's furniture had provided us with great service! Their cost of the couch was remarkable! The staff were very helpful and had helped us find the perfect couch! I would recommend their service to anyone that needs new furniture.

    New Furniture

    I love shopping at Park's! These guys always have great prices, I went to a competitor and they had them beat by 5%! The service was always second to none; they catered to my needs in store and communicated my choices to me. I will definitely be back! ham2011ab

    Customer Service was good, but honestly the furniture side of things, it looks good but does not go beyond looks. The quality of the tables and especially the chairs and couches is very questionable

    I think this place certainly meets the needs of those on a budget. but. All their products look like the real McCoy. However there is not craftsman involved and you get what you pay for. When you are going to be sitting on something for many years, why compromise. We all deserve good quality living. Poor quality made furniture, just depletes our standard of health, giving us poor posture and weaker muscles. Shop with a health conscience. Budget and buy right the first time.

    Sofa and Love Seat

    Purchased Sofa and Love Seat. Zippers broke. Company did not want to provide service to fix zippers. When company finally took sofa to fix zippers, it took 6 weeks to repair. Sales staff was very rude once I purchased the sofa. Sofa and Love Seat still have broken zippers. I will never recommend this company or purchase at this company again.

    living room furniture

    The sales person was very helpful and not pushy...we were happy that we got eactly what we wanted. The price comparision was good and we felt we got a deal on our furniture.

    Living room furniture, kitchen set

    Customer service is very bad.Do not buy membership.It take too many trips to the store for your friends or family to use it.They change their policy when they feel it works for them.Very rude and threatened to cancel my membership without refunding my money and keep my friends $300 deposit if I don't come back to the store for a 2nd time, to do the exact same thing I did 2 days before.They tell you one thing and do another.I have recommended 3 families to buy from Parks, and they did, but now I will NEVER again recommend them to anyone.Its too bad, I'm in the process of finishing my basement and soon I have to furnish it.I really did like the service from Ashley's furniture in Stoney Creek. I guess that's the place for me to shop.

    Sectional Sofa

    We purchased a sectional sofa for our attic family room. Due to the tight fit getting it up the stairs, we had carefully measured many sofas we liked until we found one that would fit. When the time came for delivery, the delivery guys from Park's were doubtful they could get it up the stairs due to a tight 45 degree angle on the stairs from the first to the second floor. They skillfully managed to get both pieces into the attic without any marks on the wall, and even set the sectional up for us and took away all the garbage. They were extremely pleasant and considerate, and I would buy anything from them again if this is the type of delivery service they offer all the time.

    Leather Sofa Set

    Wow! I'm not originally from Hamilton and found this place online during my search. It’s not an appealing exterior, but once you get inside the prices and selection are amazing!

    Furniture

    This building has been here for a long long time. The building may not be the nicest looking and the basement sure doesn't smell the greatest, but the furniture and the prices are excellent. Just wander through and look. The sales people are sure to help you if you need it. Everything is very reasonably priced.
