Brad and Chelsie were very easy to deal with from the quotation stage to the finished product. We had decided to renovate our home and replace the existing tile & carpet flooring with a hardwood floor. We received a quote from Brad and set a date for starting on the 3- January- 2013 but unfortunately there was a couple of delays in getting the wood from the manufacturer. We stuck with Lakeview as we had seen some of their work and it looked good. On 28-Jan-2013 the wood arrived and they got started, we went for a week in Mexico and left them get on with it. The whole job took about 7 days and we returned home to find a beautiful hardwood floor installed. There were a couple of boards to be replaced but the guys understood and just got on with it. Our home had been cleaned, the ducting blown out and the final product was worth waiting for.

We hired Brad and his team to tear out the existing hardwood flooring and install a new sub floor and 3/4"Hickory. We had an extremely tight timeline to get the project done and the guys showed up on time and worked diligently to meet our time frame and work around other trades so we could move in on time. Our installer Matt and his team were extremely courteous and respectful. We enjoyed having them work in our home and would happily recommend them to all of our family and friends for their flooring/tiling projects.

Brad and Jordan are both very personable and good natured. The selection at the warehouse was varied and we got Brad's undivided attention while making our selections. During the renovations the installers quickly fell behind schedule despite them assuring us they would fimish before our move in date. We had minor quality issues at the end which Jordan graciously fixed. We love our new floors and would certainly recommend their services!

The salesman was helpful and very patient as I had a hard time deciding on colour. He came to the house and measured and brought large sample boards to help me choose. The installer did an excellent job and left the place clean. Their new showroom in the south is very nice. I strongly recommended them to my neighbor.

The salesman and people who arrived to do our work were most professional and even tho the cutting and finishing had to be done indoors due to the incremental weather they were most appreciative and cognisant of our home and helped cleaqn up as much as they could.

Nice guys and do a good job. Good selection of flooring materials. The hardwood floors though had to be re-done because the contractor that they hired to finish it did not do a good job and seemed to be in a hurry. In the end, the finished product was good.

I had a wonderful experience with Brad and his associates. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and are dedicated to their customers. I first heard of them through a friend who was very pleased with the work they had provided, and i now see why they were so pleased. They did a wonderful job.

We first met the Lakeview team at the Calgary Home show six months ago. We toured their location along with many others to look for product, price, and service. When we met Brad, owner of the Blackfoot location, he was genuine, helpful, and through the process very engaged in the success of our renovation. I don't know if there was a cheaper supplier for the tile we chose, but the service and experience has made my wife and I loyal to his store for our future renovation plans. Thank you Brad and the Lakeview team for helping us with a successful reno!

I recently bought a new refridgerator and the delivery people scratched my flooring when they removed the old fridge and put in the new one. I had a very hard time finding a company that would actually come in and quote on replacing the 10 prefinished boards that were damaged. A friend of mine put me in touch with Lakeview flooring so I contacted them for a quote. Brad came to my home, spent the time to review the damage and provided me with a quote to remove the damaged boards and install new ones. (I had spare boards). The quote was for $400.00. The installer came the other day and did the work. It took approximately two hours and did an outstanding job. You would never know that boards were removed and replaced.

Brad and his employees are very professional and experience. When they installed my carpet the installers noticed that the product is defective so they called the manufacturer and got them involved. After the manufacturer approved the claim, the bad carpet was removed and the new one installed at no problems and cost to us. For sure I will use them again in the future.
