    Brand New Spec Home Purchase

    We are so pleased with our new home in Mahogany, Calgary! My boyfriend and I needed a quick possession house and Doug Judd with Excel homes was able to help us find the perfect spec home. Every thing about our new home is just how we imagined if not better! Excel's craftsmanship is impeccable, right down to the high end finishing touches. Excel's customer service team went above and beyond to ensure we were nothing but happy! Thank you to Doug and the entire Excel Homes team for making this home buying process a wonderful, stress-free experience!

    New Home

    We moved into our new excel home in March 2016. At first it was a challenge dealing with the sales team, but then Charla and Marika took over and it was a wonderful. They really went above and beyond for us. I'm very happy with the fantastic service I received and my beautiful new home

    Spec Home

    We bought an Excel home in Mountainview in 2015 and dealt with Ellen. She was fantastic & made me feel at ease buying a home while we were living away at the time. I would totally buy another home from Excel.

    New Build - Mahogany

    We have recently purchased a home to be built in the community of Mahogany. We have been extremely satisfied with the level of service we have received so far. Upon our first meeting with Doug, its been a smooth process of picking our selections, choosing our lot, and filing all the necessary paperwork in order to start the build process. We look forward to watching our new home take shape & would recommend Excel to anyone looking to build a new home!

    New Home Experience

    Pleased so far with our experience in purchasing a spec home from Excel - Sales Rep Doug and Leon were a pleasure to work with and helpful with any questions we had. After possession date we have had a few minor concerns that were quickly addressed and are currently in contact with warranty rep.

    New Build in Sunset Ridge

    We love our new Excel build in Sunset Ridge! The sales team we initially signed with were amazing! We have been especially happy with Kathy and Angela. Even though Kathy had to transition us to a new sales team, and eventually to Angela, we were never left in the dark and any issues we had were always addressed quickly and to satisfaction. The construction team with Excel is amazing. They got us into our home earlier than we ever expected and they have been nothing but accommodating. Nathan is so approachable and makes the building process feel so personalized. We have had zero issues so far with our home, and we could not be happier!

    Quality

    If we could do it again, I would upgrade the floors. The hardwood that comes with the home scratches very easily and the carpet is worn out and it's been less than 3 years. Great neighbourhood though.

    New-Build Home in Cochrane

    Our experience buying and building an Excel home in Heartland, Cochrane was easy, streamlined, and fun. Charla and Marika were extremely helpful throughout the selection/design process and were more invested in ensuring we built a home we loved than trying to sell us on every upgrade. Since moving in, we've received countless compliments on our new home over the finishings (many of which came standard), built-green features (also standard), and layout. We don't plan on ever moving again but if we did, we would choose Excel again!

    Excel Home

    We loved our Excel home and would definitely buy another one. Ellen in Mountainview was fantastic to deal with. She reassured us and made us feel comfortable with buying a home while living out of town.

    Mountainview Home

    After looking at many preowned homes a a few new ones, we decided to look at Mountainview and fell for the showhome floor plan. Chris and Ellen made all the work and choices to make all the more easy. A childhood friend worked for Excel for many years, since retired, but speaks so highly of the company and quality build. We love our new home and will be here for many years. Thanks Ellen
