    Spec home purchase in MountainView, Okotoks

    We recently purchased a spec home in MountainView from Excel Homes. We were drawn to this community after reviewing listings online, but were sold once we visited the neighborhood and walked through the showhomes in person. Ellen was an immediate friend and she walked us through the entire buying process from start to finish. Always there to answer questions, she and Excel made this a simple, straightforward experience. The entire Excel team has continued to be available and provide help and support even after we have settled into our new home. We couldn't be happier with the experience or our new home.

    New Home

    We recently purchased a home in Mountain View built by Excel homes. Ellen at the show home was fantastic as she walked us through the whole selection process! Our home was completed within the estimated time line. The community is fantastic- great sense of community, a wonderful park for the kids and walking paths. Very happy we chose Mountain View as our new home!

    New home build

    Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with Excel's professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. We were regularly updated and informed as each stage of the home was built. I'd like to mention a few of Excels employees who seemed to consistently go above and beyond - Ellen in sales, David and Chris (new-construction coordinators). Any concerns/questions we had were dealt with immediately.

    New Home Build in Heartland

    We have nothing bad to say about our experience with Excel Homes in Heartland (Cochrane) From the start they made it "OUR" home, helpful, professional, knowledgable all while being friendly! From my wife Nadya, "I was impressed with the way everyone worked "with" us to make it the home WE wanted (not up selling and upgrading what we don't need). Also the referral credit, gift basket, warranties and everything else makes it sooo worthwhile" It was also QUICK.. like SUPER QUICK.. we ended up being "homeless" during the build as we put our equity in our old place into the new one.. Nathan (Foreman) knew that and put us up near the top of the list and our build went flawlessly as far as we could tell. GREAT JOB EXCEL HOMES, we recommend them to anybody. Rob, Nadya and Family

    Excel homes in Mountainview

    I bought the home in June and moved in the next January. There was virtually no issues at all with builders, site managers, or showsuite Excel employees. The job was done on time and I moved in with no issues whatsoever. I have been satisfied with all aspects of my move to an Excel home as well as Mountainview. its a great builder in a beautiful area.

    New Home - 2nd with Excel

    We have just moved into Mountain View in Okotoks and the process was seamless, Ellen was a rock. She steered us as well as anyone could and we appreciate everything she did for us. Luc was also a great help, always accommodating and willing to help where he could. If we were ever to buy another home, it would be with Excel.

    New Home Build in Mahogany

    My husband and I are quite happy with the process so far. We are very happy with the customer service from the moment we walked in the showhome in Mahogany. We went up to view the Showhome and we were greated by Leon right away asking how we were. From there we went to view the lot map as we had a specific type of lot we wanted for our new build. We were happy to find there was a lot we loved available. From there the process was very easy from choosing everything for the interior and pricing the house out with Doug and since then we have been surprised with how fast everything is going. It is nice that Doug gives us regular updates as well as you can imagine we are excited and always curious what may be going on that day at our house. We are still in the beginning process of the build but so far so good. We are very excited and look forward to moving into our new home. We are very happy and would definitely recommend Excel.     new home

    My wife and I looked at quite a few show homes before we decided to go with Excel. They had the lay out we wanted so it was an easy decision. Ellen and luke were great to deal with. Our house was built very quickly it was a good experience.

    Edison home

    We found Ellen & Chris helpful & informative during our building process. They kept us up to date on the whole process. Overall we are happy with our home and its location

    First Time Home Buyers

    Excel Homes has been great! This was our first time buying a home and the transition has been great. Excel home has taken care of any concerns we have had in a very timely matter. Jamie in the Airdrie show home center is awesome and friendly we loved working with her and excel homes. Would recommend this builder to everyone
