    Main bathroom renovation

    From start to finish we were kept informed of the schedule, costs, and options for our main bathroom renovation. Using the design company recommended by Darwin, the designers helped us select materials that were attractive, suited our home and will be easy to maintain, while respecting our budget. The crew was prompt and efficient and the work was completed on time and on budget. We especially appreciated that the crew worked safely, talked safety, and worked well together.

    Bathroom renovation plus adjoining spaces

    The crew was very friendly, reliable and let us know what to expect. They protected other areas of the house so well, I was impressed! I highly recommend Darwin and the team!

    Veranda Repairs

    We had some rotted boards on our 20+ year old veranda - Bond Construction was quick to provide a quote for the required repairs and the work was completed on budget and on time. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. I will use them again and would highly recommend them for home reno projects.

    Basement Bathroom Reno

    We hired Darwin and his team to renovate our basement bathroom. We met with a couple of other companies but neither of them seemed too interested in doing this small job, which was worrisome. Darwin provided a quote quickly and stayed within our budget and on time. The completed work was beautiful and we were completely satisfied. The team was prompt, respectful and answered all our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

    Kitchen/main floor renovation

    Darwin and his crew do great work and are very reliable in efficiency and quality. Communication via email with Darwin is responsive and finds resolution. We had a great experience for the second time with these guys and they are flexible and give great guidance on what is best for you.

    New fence

    Fantastic work and in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend them for anything and will definitely use them for future renovations! The quality of the fence is amazing and all questions and concerns were addressed head on.

    Total upper home renovation

    We choose Bond Construction after receiving 3 bids and after extensive review of potential contractors. Bond offered the most reasonable and timely proposal. The results totally exceeded our expectations. Bond came in on budget and ahead of a critical timeline. We communicated with Darwin effectively while we were away and resolved any issue that came up in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the process to make design and equipment decisions. We can highly recommend Darwin and his crew and would not hesitate to use his services again.

    Shared Fence and deck

    Bond Construction was great. The price included demolition and removal of old structures , which they did in a timely and tidy fashion. The crew was always prompt and respectful. I totally recommend this company for their work. They did a super job.

    New Deck & Fence

    We absolutely love our new deck & fence! Darwin helpfully suggested increasing our deck size which makes a significant difference and will allow us to now comfortably enjoy the space. Steve patiently answered all of our questions (there were many) him and his team worked so hard. Everyone was very professional respectful and efficient. We will definitely recommend Bond to our friends and use for future projects.

    Structural post installed in basement.

    It is usually very difficult to find a company that will do a small job. Bond Construction did not hesitate to accept the work. They were a pleasure to deal with in every way. The suggestion for a pole finished with a cedar surround was better than my own idea. The work was done efficiently, respectfully, and quietly. The clean-up was amazing. I will definitely hire this company again and recommend it to all my friends.
