    Replaced roof and skylight

    We needed the skylight and roof completely replaced. We got 4 quotes. Herb Lodde's was not the cheapest quote, but they were very thorough and explained everything we wanted to know. The job was done within 2 days (which was a big roof with many pitches). The clean up was impeccable and the follow up on how well the job was and out satisfaction was above and beyond. The workmanship was great. Ken the salesman was very easy to get a hold of, and easy to deal with.

    Roof shingle removal and replace

    Excellent service. I was kept well informed of when the crew would do the work. Rain was impending and a tarp was required to keep the bare roof dry during inclement conditions. Clean-up was immediate and satisfactory.

    Replacing roof

    My husband and I were extremely pleased with the work done and would certainly recommend Herb Lodde & Sons to our friends. I was concerned about damage to my garden because the house is surrounded by plants and no grass. The crew were very careful and erected scaffolding to protect the plants. They were extremely courteous and cleaned up every evening before they left.

    Remove & install new shingles on separate out building garage

    My husband and I were delighted with Herb Lodde Roofing. We've known the company for about 40 years and are confident with this family business. Roofing work was done correctly and on time. Their service was faster and less expensive than other companies that we had contacted to quote the job. Only suggestion is to give more attention to picking up nails from the work site. The sales rep, the office staff, the roof workers were all knowledgeable, very polite, and a pleasure to work with. We are completely satisfied customers. Rob & Linda Stanley, Campden, Ontario

    New roof

    I have dealt with Herb Lodde roofing for appr. 14 years, needing a new roof called the company, staff is very courteous and knowledgable, asked for Dave who is my sales person, Dave was out within a matter of days, being a senior I find Dave was very humble and patient with me, even explaining that I needed 2 more roof vents due to the ice build up I had last winter. the roof was replaced within a week or so, the crew that replaced it were very professional and kind and their clean up was amazing. I have recommended Herb Lodde to several friends and will continue to do so. Thank you guys for your patience and advice, Carol Thomas Niagara Falls

    Roof

    The roof was well done, however; there was some damage to the eaves trough but this was taken care of even though the smart screen needed to be re -enforced with more screws by my husband. The workers also left a large number of nails around that had to be picked up by my son and husband. They insisted that they never sub-contract but the vehicles did not have the logo or sign on them. We heard that they do from several people. The company does make sure you are satisfied and goes out of their way to do so. They had a window re-framed for us at no extra charge. Thank you.

Although we aim for perfection on every job, we are human and damages can happen when there is a large quantity of heavy roofing material coming off your roof. One thing we do guarantee, is that we will always take care of any damages and always aim to make you happy at the end of the job. As for subcontracting, our employees are either hourly, salary or piece work but all of them work exclusively for us & have for many years. We do allow some to drive their own trucks.     Roofing

    I called the office about a few nail pops which occurred during the warranty period. Management sent two workers within a few days and they thoroughly inspected the roof and repaired any issues. The workers Mike A and Donovan M were great ambassadors for the company! They were immediately very personal and polite and friendly. They listened thoroughly to to my concerns and made sure that they were solved completely. They even spotted a few others and repaired them. What a great pair of workers! SO competent and re-assuring! They treated the home as if it were their own. When they left I felt like yeah... it is back to where it was when it was done. I do love these 50 Year GAF slate-line shingles! This company has great customer satisfaction!

    New townhome roof

    I contacted about 10 different roofing companies and the quality of their proposals varied widely. During the initial sales visit Rob was one of the few that even bothered to go on the roof and have a look at the state of the roof and the job at hand. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in determining our final needs. I selected Herb Lodde based on my confidence that they would offer a quality, professional job at a competitive price. In the end three townhomes were shingled. Fred and team went about there business in a professional and safe manner. The worksite was left clean at the end of every day. All aspects of the job were finalized before the final invoice was issued. And of course...no leaks.

    Roof repair

    A few shingles had blown off my roof. Herb Lodde & Sons came out the day that I called and patched it right up. They matched the existing shingles perfectly and now there's no sign there was ever a problem. Totally satisfied.

    New Roof

    From my first chat with Ken to paying my bill with Jennifer, the experience was positive. The roofing crew were personable and did a thorough job cleaning up afterward. The work was well done, on time and on budget. No surprises!
