    Roof replacement

    Arrangements were made late in 2015 with Herb Lodde & Sons Roofing Ltd to replace the roof on my home in Spring 2016. I was impressed with the professional manner and history of the company and anticipated a skillful and excellent job. I was not disappointed. In early Spring, I received a call from the company inquiring as to a date that suited my schedule for the work to take place. A group of young men arrived on that date, and worked effectively and efficiently as a unit, removing the old shingles and replacing them with new ones. They tidied each area as they worked, and left the work area clear of all debris at the end of each day, in preparation for an efficient start the next day. They were an impressive crew to watch and my neighbours spoke highly of their workmanship. I am thoroughly pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending this thoroughly professional company.

    Roof shingled Vineland Station

    The package we received with estimate and details was very professional and impressive. The boys were such hard, diligent workers. All the neighbours commented positively on their work. The site was always tidied before leaving and they resumed promptly the next day. We would recommend this company to anyone as it was recommended to us. A few days following completion the work was inspected. We are more than satisfied.

    New evestroughs and downspouts

    Ken came to the house to assess the state of the evesthroughs & downspouts and was open to my suggestions and concerns. The installation team was friendly and worked steadily to completion. They answered my questions readily and made one downspout adjustment without issue. Altogether a good experience from start to finish.

    New roof

    We are very happy that we chose your company to install our new roof. The crew was efficient and a nice bunch of guys. They did a great job and cleaned up really well afterwards. I would recommend your company with no hesitation. Great job.

    Roof replacement

    We'd heard very good reports about Herb Lodde and Sons so we arranged to have them give us our last estimate for our roofing job. Rob came a spent a good half hour on the roof assessing our needs. He explained why it made sense to replace our skylight too. The estimate was reasonable and we booked the job. Six days later a team of 8 guys arrived at 7:30. They seemed well co-ordinated and efficient as they protected our deck and gardens and began to install our roof and skylight. I was home in the morning when the skylight was going in and it was fascinating to hear a rookie installer being instructed by a very capable teacher. We went out for the afternoon and when we returned at 4 the team had gone. We were very pleased with the look of the roof and the clean-up. We would definitely recommend this company.

    1 and done!

    Herbe Lodde and Sons replaced our whole roof and skylight in less than 7 hours. it was amazing to leave for work in the morning and come back to a Beautiful new roof and a clean lawn. their team left no trace behind, are professional and everyone we've met are very friendly.

    New Roof

    The estimator Ken was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. They took care to get us a colour we would like. The crew was great. Cleaned up really well. They even did a follow up visit to make sure we were happy. No extras were charged. Great service and the roof looks wonderful. Awesome dealing with a local owned and operated company.

    new roof

    When we bought our house we knew we would have to do the roof sooner rather than later. We got a 5 or 6 quotes from various companies at a wide range of prices. Herb Lodde were one of the only places where someone came and didn't try to up sell us in anything and just laid out what they felt needed to be done. The job came in at the price quoted initially. Weather didn't help for a few days, but the first day the weather cooperated the crew came and got the roof done in one day. It was great to go to work and then come.homw to see it was done with the mess taken care of. It was a first for me having a row done, and would for sure recommend them. Communication was really good and if I asked someone thing that someone wasn't sure about I was sure to receive a follow up and also got one after the job was done. The roof looks great and when it comes time to do my garage I know who I'll be calling to come and quote first thing!

    Roofing and water leak resolution

    My roof had been shingled with organic paper-backed shingles about 10 years ago. They had not performed according to the warranty and needed to be replaced because of premature curling and weather damage. I had contacted four roofing companies to provide estimates for the job. Two did not respond at all to my request and two did. Herb Lodde company was the first off the mark. From the get-go, customer service and satisfaction were a priority. A thorough job of appraising the roof was completed with a description of how the roofers would go about the job. Input was requested from me about problem areas on and around the roof. Quality and types of shingles were shown to me and samples of the same were left for my perusal. (The other company failed to do more than measure the roof and give me a dollar value. None of my personal input was sought before an estimate was given.) I chose the Herb Lodde company not only for the quality of the appraisal but mostly for the concern for detail they expressed and later addressed. Work was completed, with some new flashing, in just a couple of days despite less-than-ideal weather conditions. Workers were skilled, efficient and professional. The work area was left clean and safe after each day. With the new flashing and with reparations to my balcony and flat roof that corrected construction flaws made during my home's original construction, the source of a damaging leak was found and the matter has been resolved. The Herb Lodde and Sons roofing Ltd./Quality exteriors and Custom Interiors deserves high praise for quick response time, thorough and professional service and for quality workmanship. I have already referred the company to a friend.

    Insulating and Siding

    This company was solicited along with others and quotations were requested and tendered to me for my choice. It was evident from their on site visits and apparent expertise that this company was the best to perform the upgrades the building required. The following spring I contacted them for follow up and to revisit a small storm related job which they immediately sent an employee out to fix the problem. Impressed? Yes certainly they did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate in employing then for future projects in the future.
