    New Roof

    I've just had a new roof installed on my home and a shed on my property. Everyone that I dealt with from the onset were polite and helpful. The crew was great and did an excellent job. I appreciated the final inspection also. Thank you to Ken, Dave, Marco and the other roofers involved. I also felt that the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Herb Lodde and Sons to my friends and family.

    New roof with whimical weathervane

    Great experience with the Herb Lodde, from our initial meeting with Ken in Sales to installation of roof by Marco and Dave and final inspection by Scott . We really appreciated Marco and Dave who did an excellent job of installing our roof. You can see their passion for doing the job right and the dedication in making sure everything met and exceeded our expectations. They even installed a whimsical weathervane on one of our roof peaks and made sure it was perfectly straight. It was a pleasure working with both Marco and Dave and we highly recommend them and Herb Lodde Roofing for the quality products and installation.

    roofing, siding and eaves troughs

    Our house was built in 1880. Over the years, there have been renovations and improvements, but the stucco on the outside was in bad shape. About 4 years ago, we had a Mason patch it. Also, about that time, several shingles blew off during a wind storm. The roof was patched, but the poor old house was looking pretty shabby. We contacted Herb Lodde and Sons to replace the main roof and the roof on the addition, and, at the same time, signed with their other company, Quality Exterior Systems, to install siding and eaves troughs. The products they use are top notch as well as their methods of installation. The crews were very professional, congenial, and great all 'round guys. They worked very hard in 40+ temperatures, and every minute it wasn't raining. Our poor old house is now standing proud and oh so pretty. We are delighted with the results. Thank you to everyone at Herb Lodde's and Quality Exterior Systems. We highly recommend these companies to anyone contemplating similar major projects.

    Windows

    I like to thank the window installers with a nice clean job and no mess left in the bedroom. They pick up everything and left no trace they where here. Herd and lodde and son for the prompt service in there busy time of year. Thank you for a wonderful job.

    Skylight replacement

    We had our old (30 years+) skylight replaced and were very pleased with the service from quote to finish. The work was carefully done on-time and at the quoted price. The finished job looks great and reflects the company's high standards. We appreciated the care taken throughout this small job and found all of the employees pleasant and cheerful. They even cleaned up afterwards! I highly recommned Herb Lodde.

    Gutter and Eavestrough

    Work was completed as requested, on time. Crew were polite and left the yard around the house in neat and tidy condition. Found Herb Lodde estimator and staff to be helpful. Stan Altoft

    Skylight

    New Roof

    Very efficient and friendly service from the estimator, the installers, and the office staff. The roof looks beautiful- and the installers even swept everything clean each day instead of leaving a mess to blow around. My son used them and recommended them, and I will do the same.

    HONEST COMPANY AND WILLING TO LISTEN

    Have used you 3 times. . . 1 - Thought I needed a new roof but assessed by Rob Lodde and told that only needed a portion fixed. Cost was less than $1000 and took about 3-4 hours. Very impressed. 2 - Based on above had full roof replaced about five years later. Again very impressed. 3 - About 2 years later (2 weeks ago), minor leak from stovepipe. Not part of repair but called Lodde again due to past good experiences. Thought minimum was a little steep but the 2 guys the showed up were friendly and caulked the stovepipe in less than 15 minutes. 4 - They called me based on my feedback and listened to my concerns and resolved then to my satisfaction.

    Shed roof installation

    WARNING: OVER PRICED and POOR WORKMANSHIP! First of all I over paid for the installation of the front portion of my roof. Secondly the installers DIDN’T USE ENOUGH NAILS to properly secure the roof to the rafters, I can take two fingers and lift the plywood up two inches off the rafters. Lastly the drip edge wasn’t push flush against the fascia so water could properly drain into the gutters. Then they don’t stand behind their work. I called Herb Lodde and Sons and they sent out Steve the inspector who tried to tell me that I’m the one who sabotage my own roof. So learn from my mistake and don’t hire this company to install your roof.
