    Project - replace evestroughs

    Everything very satisfactory from agreeable estimate to quality of work. Second time using Herb Loddes and both projects completed with complete satisfaction and on time - very customer focused. Would highly recommend the Company to our neighbours and friends without any hesitation.

    Customer Service

    We have just recently signed on with Herb Lodde to replace our roof. Our decision was greatly influenced by the excellent customer service we received from them during the quotation process. In particular Jason was outstanding and outperformed the competition. Based on this we are looking forward to having this work completed this coming fall. Tom in Burlington

    New Roof

    We will highly recommend Herb Lodde & Sons to our friends and family. Excellent service from beginning to end. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We received a quote at the end of June and had our new roof within 2 weeks. Wow ! The job took 2 days and the crew was great; efficient, courteous and polite … despite the heat wave. Our only complaint is that the dump bin sat on our driveway for an entire week which was a little inconvenient. Overall we are extremely satisfied. Very satisfied in St. Catharines, The Martins

    Roof Replacement

    I would highly recommend Herb Lodde and Sons. From beginning to end a pleasant and professional experience. We had wind damage and opted to complete a full roof replacement. Herb Lodde came and complete the whole roof in one day. The crew made a conscious effort to leave our property clean and when they left there was barely any sign that they were there at all. The roof looks great! We are very appreciative!

    New roof

    The customer service and quality of my new roof are a 10 +++++++. The person who came to my house to provide a quote was professional, pleasant, helpful and made me feel comfortable. The team of workers who put the roof on where helpful, and left my property the way it looked when then came. The people in the office where a pleasure to speak and do business with. I can't say enjoy good things about my experience. I would definitely recommend Herb Lodde & Sons to everyone I speak with. Top quality all round.

    New Roof Installation in Cooks Mills

    I am very happy with the job performed by the team from Herb Lodde and Sons. After the quote was received and a contract signed, the job began in less than a week later. The team were very professional and cleaned up the worksite well, despite snowy conditions for the installation in April. About two weeks after the new roof was installed there was a terrible wind storm. Shingles were flying off the roofs of my neighbours all along my street but nothing came off our roof, despite the fact that the shingles were not fully sealed. Great service and advice from this company. No hesitation to recommend them to others.

    Replacemen Roof

    Our roof was damaged in the fall of 2017. The company who was supposed to do the repair never showed up. So iI called the top three roofing companies that I knew of . All three showed up two of the quotes were within a hundred dollars of each other . What impressed me the most was not only the ease of dealing with the estimator and knowledge that he has but when he handed me the Quote all of the companies insurance papers were included and samples of what was going on the roof. The crew that came over were professional, courteous and fast. The entire roof was stripped whatever plywood needed replaced and reshingled in one day. Even my neighbors commented on how fast and what a professional job was done by this crew. I would highly recommend Herb Lodde & Sons to anyone.

    Exceptional workmanship

    Our roof needed replacement in early Spring and the crew who did the job faced some very challenging weather conditions. Our fairly large roof also has multiple valleys which added to the challenge. Mid week an unexpected storm put the job on hold for a day, and we were worried that the high winds would damage the partially completed roof, but the guys were very careful to only do the roof in segments that could be completed same day. And then about a week after completing the job to perfection, we had yet another storm with 100+ km winds causing a lot of damage throughout southern Ontario, but not a single shingle budged on our new roof. Great job guys. I could not have been more impressed.

    Amazing work!!!

    I recently got my roof done with Herb Lodde & Son's Roofing and I am so incredibly happy. Melissa was very prompt with answering the phone and returning calls. Dave, who was the sales associate, provided great service as he answered all my questions. The roofing crew was also amazing as they kept their work area clean and were very kind. I would highly recommend Herb Lodde to anyone looking to get their roof done. Thank you Melissa, Dave and the rest of the team for wonderful service!

    new roof

    Customer service was great. Jason came to do estimate but also fixed several spots on the roof along with putting a tarp where my roof vent had come off. Heather was accommodating on the day the workers came because I needed to have my chimney rebuilt first. The bin and supplies were dropped off first thing in the morning and the workers arrived just after 0800. They spread a couple more tarps and then started stripping the old shingles. The job was done by 1400 and the crew did an awesome job tidying up around the house and on the driveway. When I went out to look around not only did I have a great roof. There were no nails or other garbage on the driveway or around my house. I was so happy with this job I have contracted them to do the eavestroughs too!
