    Great Job!

    I had a hard time finding roofers to come and quote my project. I would call around and no one would call me back or show up for their appointments. I called Herb Lodde Roofing and they sent someone out right away. The estimate was detailed and I felt comfortable with the Salesman. The crew showed up a couple of weeks later and the job only took 2 days to complete. I found some garbage and shingle wrappers( and a couple of nails along the side of the house that they missed. I called to let them know and they sent someone back to clean everything up. I am very happy with the work and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

    Roof shingle replacement, new skylights & gutter covers

    We were very pleased with all aspects of this project at our home, including the professionalism of the staff and the quality of workmanship. Installing roofing materials in November has to be quite challenging and everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend your company to anyone who needs similar work done. Doug Frame

    Great Work

    I had two house that required new windows and siding. They we fair on price and did great work. The houses look like new. Thank you Ken for getting the quotes to me fast and taking care of us. Darlene and Bob Collins

    roofing shingle replacement

    Extremely happy with the care and professional approach from all staff at Herb Lodde and sons roofing. After having water come into our house, Dave Lodde was the first and most thorough to give us and estimate. They were able to replace our roof quickly to avoid further damage. The staff completed the project in one day with great care to ours and neighboring properties. Wow these guys were clean. With no extra charges!

    Reroofing and covered deck construction

    This project had many steps and involved several different crews all of whom were courteous, capable and professional. We are very happy with the final result. From Ken's initial sales call, through the planning and approval process and the actual construction and roof installation, everyone we dealt with at Herb Lodde was wonderful. They made the entire project very easy for us. We are extremely happy with the final result and would recommend this company with confidence.

    New roof on my house

    This was the first time that we used Herb Lotte but they came highly recommended. The sales process was informative and relaxed. They explained our options and gave us many colours to chose from. The work was completed in one day which was fantastic and the did a very good job of cleaning up the work site. We feel we got a high quality roof and a very competitive price. We are very satisfied and we would highly recommended them to anyone.

    Excellent to work with!

    I found Herb and Lodde through Homestars and phoned them to get a quote on our roof as they were very well reviewed and had been in the business for many years. We worked with Jason who was always on time, extremely friendly and knowledgable and made it easy to get the job done. Our roof was originally scheduled to be replaced in July, but we were conveniently bumped up after a cancellation. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and the job was done all in one day while we were at work. Our property was left spotless and our new roof looks amazing. My neighbour even made a comment to me about how hard the crew worked to get it done. To sweeten the experience, we received a handwritten card and small gift from Jason on our door step a few weeks later to thank us for our business. You just don’t get customer service like this anymore and I can’t say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend this Herb and Lodde to anyone looking for a new roof.

    Roofing and Eavestroughs

    Both the roofing and the eaves were done when they said they would. I was always informed of schedule changes due to the weather. The team lead was highly knowledgeable and helpful. Herb Lodde and Sons truly know what customer service is.

    Shingle Patch Job

    After a raging wind & rain storm I noticed I had lost roof shingles. I called the company and Rob and Kyle came out three days later. (They'd had over 400 calls since the storm). Rob had matching shingles on the truck and replaced them in less than 1/2 hour. While he was on the roof he said he noticed the vents weren't secure, so he fastened them down as well. I was very pleased with the prompt, friendly and professional service because that night it snowed and the next day it rained. I would highly recommend Herb Lodde & Sons Roofing to anyone in the Niagara region.

    Very pleased!

    We were in dire need of a new ROOF. I found Herbe Lodde and Sons online via this website and was very pleased of their work. From start to finish i was impressed. They not only arrived promptly for a quote but they finished the work on time and cleaned up and hauled everything away. They were able to finish the job in 2 days for both our roof and our adjoining neighbours. There was one day where the wind prevented them from coming but they contacted me right away to say they weren't coming. I would recommend them to anyone looking at replacing their roof.
