Mark and myself have very much enjoyed working with Jamie, in Cranston, on this adventure of building our new home. We have never built a home before and we want to “THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH” for your patience, guidance, knowledge and understanding when we took on this major adventure in our lives! The show home where you are being moved to is extremely fortunate to have an individual like yourself to help the future buyers for Shane Home – you are great at what you do! We will still plan on doing a Bar-B-Q next spring and have yourself and Michael over to celebrate our homes! We wish you nothing but the very best and we are sad that you won’t be there the day that we take possession and step foot in our new home that you helped us create!!!!

I am building a new home in Cranston. It was so nice having Jamie, our sales associate, to design the house for me. I really like his kindness, professionalism, and great customer service. He has been working really great and enthusiastically to meet all my requirement/specifications I want for my future house. I was so glad that my sister referred him to me. She loved the house he designed for her so much and I am excited for my new house. Thanks for all the work you are doing to design my house.

I just wanted to send a sincere thank you to our interior designer, Kal, for helping inspire us with our new home. It is everything we imagined and couldn't imagine having. All of Kal's beautiful choices are now part of our home, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks for your patience and great communication. It has been a pleasurable experience!

I would like to thank you for accepting my request to fix roof leak of my house free of cost. I am satisfied with the repair work completed last week by Shane Homes. We are very happy with the homes which Shane has built for us, but more importantly to recognize a few individuals who I feel provided excellent client service and who exceeded my expectations with regards to replying to my queries, providing information on a timely basis and who were courteous and attentive to my requests. My first point of contact was Dave Gearey, our Area Manager, who was well mannered, knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient in handling the sale transaction and it was a pleasure to deal with him throughout the entire build of the homes. The second individual who provided excellent service was Brandy, our Interior Designer, in the Expressions Design Studio. She was certainly well versed in all aspects of the interior and exterior design of the homes and was able to provide excellent suggestions with regards to the choices to be made with regards to colors, tile selection, granite etc. and the appointments with her were handled efficiently and in a timely manner and she was very thorough in explaining the options available to us. The other person I would like to commend is Julia, the Construction Coordinator, who was extremely helpful in obtaining the final documentation and providing me with up to date information with regards to the status of the documentation. Although she may have been busy with her workload, she was always courteous and pleasant and was timely in replying to my queries. These three individuals stood out to me as people who enjoyed their jobs, who took an interest in their clients and who took pride in their client service. In today’s business environment I think it is important to recognize individuals who exceed the expectations of their clients and in turn enhance the reputation of the company for which they work and that is why I feel it is important to let you know about these individuals and how they made my overall experience with Shane Homes very enjoyable. I will definitely consider building another home with Shane.

My girlfriend, Sherry, and I chose to move to Airdrie and build a home. We spent over a year looking and planning before selecting Shane Homes and a Tofino in King’s Heights. We had also been considering purchasing a pre-owned home, but knew that the flexibility we wanted in the design and finishing could really only be found if we built new. Shane Homes' King’s Heights Area Manager, Cindy Klassen, was really helpful and willing to work through our lengthy buying cycle. It took a year, but we both agreed that working with Cindy would be a big plus. Without exception, every person employed by Shane has treated us very professionally and has been extremely helpful. Building a home is a complicated endeavor and Shane’s specialists have made us feel comfortable throughout. This exceptional care has been shown by every Shane Partner we’ve worked with, as well. We chose Shane after seeing one of their floor plans, and once we spent some time with Cindy on pricing and changes we felt that Shane was a good choice, and it has been.

I had my master bathroom and bedroom re-designed and renovated. the work was perfection! We are so happy with the construction process.The staff was exceptional to work and mad very good recommendations. I will be using them again for futre home building needs.

Oh for sure I would recommend Shane Homes. We were thoroughly impressed with them and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I would love to build another house one day again and they would be our first choice. Our expectations were definitely met and we feel that Shane Homes went over and above and far exceeded our expectations. You hear stories about people building houses and you hear a lot of bad stuff but we really seemed to luck out with Shane Homes. I was at the showhome quite a bit, measuring different things, as we were building the same model, and there were always people popping in to say hi to our salesperson, Cindy, and I took them to be another satisfied customer which we are as well!

The building process with Shane Homes was excellent. All the staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and we had no major issues and the staff were a big part of the plan as well guiding us through the process step by step, explaining what to expect, what was coming up. It was a pretty smooth seamless process.

We just wanted to thank you, Tara (one of Shane Homes Interior Designers, working in the Expressions Design Studio, where Shane Homes customers make selections for their new home) for your hard work in assisting us with our designs/colours etc. The house looks great, it really works very well indeed. This was our first time building a home and we were anxious to get things right, well we did thanks to your input.
