Gilbert, who organized my appointnent did not lise interest in my business when i went quiet for some time through our sms messages. Richard (HVAC Tech) was very respectful and professional with my home. He was very patient answering my questions and with servicing my old furnace which was difficult to deal with. I would definitely recommend High Efficiency Inc.

After working with them to repair our AC unit in the summer, we worked again with High Efficiency Cooling/Heating to inspect our gas furnace, which hadn't been inspected since we moved into the house a few years ago. Scheduling with Gilbert was very easy and timely. A few minor repairs were needed and was promptly scheduled and carried out a few days following the initial inspection. Was a great and easy experience, highly recommend this company for your AC or heating needs!

I manage several older boiler-heated homes, one of which reported having no heat on Friday. Few technicians are familiar with boilers and I was thrilled when High Efficiency sent Sergey, a highly skilled technician, to repair the ancient boiler. Sergey didn't have the necessary part, had to order it, but his in-depth familiarity with boilers enabled him to wire an interim solution, which got the boiler running and heat on, until the necessary part arrived and could be installed. The tenants and I can't thank Sergey and High Efficiency enough!

The company that organized well and provides a great service for condo maintenance HVAC. Important! Not many companies provide such a service for condos. From first communication to the end staff provided us all responses to our concerns and questions. They scheduled the appointment quickly. The technician Prabha did a diligent job: he was attentive, examined all components of HVAC, measured wear capacities of HVAC parts and did recommendations, cleaning and vacuuming. We will definitely recommend this company! Thank you.
