Excellent work has been performed by highly knowledgeable technician. Service technician knew exactly what has to be done within reasonable time period.

My furnace required some repair as it was not functioning properly, and they were able to send a technician within 48 hours and fixed the problem!

Our furnace broke during the coldest weather of the year. A big THANK YOU to Charton for coming to our house at 8:30pm same day I called. The quote was entirely reasonable. And a huge thank to his team for installing the new furnace during a snowstorm on Christmas Eve! They also came back within 24hrs when we had an issue with a preexisting condensate pump. Saved our holidays!

Furnace was old and shutting down. it required replacement before colder months. We went for an hybrid heat pump + furnace set up. The Process from initial inspection to quote to install replacement took 3 weeks, job itself was done in 1 day. The team was swift, did a very clean ceiling / drywall cut and repair for the exhaust and left the place cleaner than they found. They followed up on regular basis post install. Systems has now working great for 3 months. No regrets going with this company.

The furnaces signal light kept flashing. Called High Efficiency, they had a technician contacted me right away to go through the issues. Next day technician Harry came, checked the furnace and explained the causes, and fixed it. Mr. Harry is very professional and efficient, Im very happy with services provided. Thank you! Donald

Place Service call as ecobee thermostat will randomly loose power during heating cycle on cold days. Harry came and check every component plus explained his troubleshooting. At the end, ecobee seems to have an issue.

Charton was great! We moved in to our house awhile ago but never got a chance to get to know our heating and cooling system as we are new house owners. We asked recommendations and were recommended Charton by a friend and he didn't disappoint! We discovered how best to optimize our system and how to use it and how often to get things changed/ cleaned. We weren't sure if some of it needed to be upgraded/ changed but Charton was great telling us everything looked like it was in good working condition and possibly needed changing in a few years. He mentioned our A/C might be too powerful for our space and recommended changing to a smaller unit but he didn't pressure us in anyway. Is l'd recommended Charton to anyone who asks. A quote for a new furnace replacement of our old one was provided same day. Installation was completed professionally on the following Monday. Technicians covered our foyer and stairs with fabric to avoid damages and dirts. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Will engage Home Star to perform our annual check up of our furnace than using our existing gas provider going forward.
