Charton is such a pleasure to work with. He came on the same day that I called him to look at our furnace and discuss our options and pricing for replacement. (Our furnace was still working so it wasnt an emergency.) Very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very quick to answer any additional questions I had. The installation was scheduled a few months in advance because I didnt want a furnace installed just before summer. They came and the installation was carried out exactly the way Charton described. Overall pricing was reasonable and the service was good.

I spoke with Gilbert on the phone and he was able to book a technician for the next day. Explained the furnace package and the cost. Harry showed up the next day and assessesd the water leak in my furnace. Condensation tube was blocked and water was backed up into the motor. Harry explained the additional cost required and the pros and cons of proceeding. I always appreicate this so there are no surprises when paying the bill at the end. He was able to clean out and fix the system. It's an older furnace so hopefully we can make it through the winter now. Thanks Harry.

Gilbert was very professional and undestanding of my issues with the AC, and sent to my home a qualified technician who did his job properly.

Excellent service from Charton, came to the house and made recommendations, made sense, he also proposed a couple of other minor improvements inc increasing the size of the fan to help improve air flow in our back split house. Lou did a great job on install, no drama just made it happen. Very clean and tidy. Job completed within 6 hours, took away all garbage. Very competitive pricing and availability. Would highly recommend.

Harry was very knowledgeable and was efficient in identifying the issue while explaining all the mechanics of the air conditioning unit.

I needed my A/C unit disconnected for some renovations, then reconnected at an unknown date in the future. High Efficiency were the only company that promptly returned my call (others said the job was too small potatoes for them, or simply ignored it). They followed up a few times during my renovations to see if I was ready for the reconnect yet, and when we were ready, the tech that did the reconnect was very knowledgable and detail oriented. Would recommend these folks to anyone.

Excellent service. Salesperson Karnik answered all my questions and followed up after installation Install guys were on time and did an excellent job including cleaning up and taking my old air conditioner away.
