Harry came to service our A/C unit change thermostat and control board. Now everything is great, back to normal now. I am very appreciated he was great.

Once we contacted High Efficiency for our intent to install a Furnace, A/C and Tankless, Charton responded to us immediately and the project was completed within a week. Throughout the installation, Charton provided us guidance and assistance throughout which makes the process seamless. Thank you once again to Charton and Gilbert.

The Service Technician, Piraba, of High Efficiency H & C, came to service my AC following a careful pressure test for any leakage last year. He did a meticulous assessment of the whole system. I find Piraba very knowledgeable and patiently explained the "whys" & "wherefores" of every step undertaken. I will have no qualms about contacting High Efficiency for any future HVAC needs.

We purchased our entire HVAC system (furnace/AC/ERV/humidifier/HEPA) from this company, and I must say they really stand behind their workmanship. We continue to get their seasonal service plan and they are always on time, knowledgeable and really easy to work with. Gilbert is our contact and he is just amazing, very responsive and genuinely wants to help. He did everything he could to rush a maintenance issue for our A/C unit this year knowing that my wife is pregnant. Cant say enough great things about Gilbert and the team.

I highly recommend High efficiency. We had a leak in the basement from the air conditioner. Gilbert Contacted me quickly, arranged next day appointment, advised on how to set a/c immediately. He was able to detect the problem immediately, fix not replace and gave extra advice on our air filter. I have already recommended him to a friend. I will definitely call again when I have a heat or a/c issue.

Tenanted condo HVAC finally gave up after 15 years. Called High Efficiency and was able to diagnose and replace the unit within a week, remotely. Text messaging with their dispatch team couldn't have been easier and they coordinated with my tenant to make sure everyone's schedule lined up. Zero drama, and a bit cheaper than I expected too.

The technician was very knowledgeable , personable , efficient and polite. He was also very professional and conducted the service maintenance with the minimum of time.
