The overall experience is good. The Service Technician came in on time and did his work in a timely manner. He is friendly and also provides some extra advice on how to take care of the Condensate piping that goes into the floor drain. A job I would consider well done.

Our less than 2 year old furnace drain kit was leaking water. Called High Efficiency Cooling and Heating for servicing which was still under warranty. The service technician came the same day. He was very thorough and detailed. He quickly detected the water leak and will order the parts. Aside from performing the furnace maintenance, he also checked our central humidifier (added bonus because he didn't have to do that, much appreciated). Will definitely be using them again for regular annual service maintenance. ~~~~~ It has been 2 weeks since the service call, I had to call back to follow-up on the outstanding parts. Not sure what's going on...

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and expert service of the Efficiency Cooling & Heating technician Jason who provided a tune-up to my furnace recently. Due to a work responsibility, I was late getting back home on time for the scheduled appointment; however Jason was kind and understanding. After the tune-up, Jason took the time to explain all the details of how he optimized my furnace for the winter season. He even found a split valve covering which he repaired. He also suggested future improvements which would make my home more energy and cost efficient. After dealing with other companies for years I am so grateful I have found Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. who have pros like Jason who take great care and pride in their work as well as being the top experts in their field who I can trust. Response time was very good, Harry (technician) who came to inspect and do diagnosis of our HVAC was very professional and knowledgeable. He followed up with quotation for repair and suggested alternative choice too. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The HVAC technician came for a seasonal service. I did not think anything was wrong but he manage to make the air condition run better and quieter. Tech was knowledgeable and we had a good chat about HVAC stuff.

Called them on Monday night, they came first thing Tuesday to take a look at an AC. They serviced it the following day. They came on time, didn’t try to sell me a new unit and most importantly fixed the problem in no time. Highly recommended!!

We were first assisted by excellent customer service from Gilbert who was so quick and responsive. We were then provided with thorough, efficient and friendly service within the day by Serguei, who was able to assess the problem, educate us about the issues and make the necessary repairs to get our thermostat replaced and A/C working again. It was such competent and honest service. We fully recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. and will not hesitate to use them again.

Harry was very knowledgeable and thoroughly inspected our HVAC system on multiple floors. He was honest and didn't try to upsell us and recommended a economical solution to our heating and cooling vs. buying a brand new unit.

My central aircon was not blowing cold air. Was going to call different contractors and decided to call Hi Efficiency H & C first. After speaking with Natalie, I decided to forego contacting the rest. She was friendly, helpful and very informative. Pirabaharan, the HVAC technician, came and carried out the diagnosis , leakage testing, and pressuring for several hours. He displayed a thorough knowledge of the entire process, was meticulous, informative and very patient. Glad to have connected with a contractor who lives up to its name and reputation in social media.
