The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the problems quickly and explained the causes to me, and also advised how to avoid future problems. The service charge was fair and reasonable. Great service.

Our furnace started making loud noises. When I contacted High Efficiency, Gilbert was very patient and helpful. He was able to schedule a diagnostic call quickly with Harry. Harry was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous and he was able to see what the problem was immediately. Unfortunately, the part that was causing the problem could not be replaced, so we discovered we needed to replace our furnace. The same evening, Charton, their salesperson phoned us and sent several quote options. He came the next day to measure and we were able to order our new furnace. We had the opportunity to have it installed the next day, Sunday, but opted for Monday. So far, we are very impressed with the “High Efficiency” of this company! They are the most responsive, knowledgeable professionals we have ever encountered!

Came at agreed upon time. Showed me what he had done. Gave me a few tips. He did a very thorough and professional job. I will be using them to service my A/C in the spring.

High Efficiency installed our new furnace and air conditioner one year ago. We had them come for the yearly service this week. Their customer service is like no other. They keep you updated are on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

We were satisfied with the service provided by Jason. He replaced the pressure switch and tested a few times to ensure it was working. He was also helpful by answering some of our questions about our new furnace and thermostat.

Piraba from High efficiency heating and cooling has been doing our very old furnace and AC maintenance/tune up for the last 3 years. Excellent customer service very knowledgeable. This year he came and found a safety hazard from our old furnace that needs immidiate action. I feel safe every year using our funace AC thanks to Piraba and heating and cooling. Highly recomended

Just joined the annual High Efficiency Cooling & Heating service membership program. Had my gas furnace tune-up. It includes my central AC tune-up for next year. Again great service from Piraba, Gilbert and the service team.
