I was really happy with their service. Jason immediately find the problem in my cooling system and fixed it in a hour. He was super professional, experienced and explained me everything before touch anything.

They were fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them too highly. They will be our first choice in the future for maintenance and repairs and when I need to replace our furnaces and air conditioners when they reach the end of their useful life I will be giving them a call.

Needed a Carrier AC Qem winter cover. High Efficiency Heating and Cooling was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Ordered in the morning and delivered to my home late that day. Thankyou for the great service. Will diffenitly use them in the future for any Hvac repairs.

The technician, Sergui, was amazing. He knew the unit so well, and very patiently diagnosed and repaired it. This was in the middle of a heat wave so he’s a lifesaver. The company was also very easy to deal with, I called many places and they sent someone the same day. I will definitely call them first in the future and recommend them.

A company with 1) a robust customer service management process, 2) efficient pre-job estimates, 3) proper invoicing practice which outline components installed, & service performed, and 4) last but not least, the human factor, Natalie in customer service is a pleasure to deal with, and Jason the HVAC Technician, is knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and families.

The HVAC unit in my condo had a clogged drained and had built up water and overflowed over the weekend. A lot of places don't service condos nor are open on the weekend and the company servicing my building was unresponsive to several residents. These guys responded super quickly on a Saturday morning (within minutes) and got a technician (Sergei) in later that day. Sergei was very communicative and helpful in explaining what was happening. In trying to access the HVAC unit, he unfortunately got drenched in water which he took with stride. Quickly was able to unclog the drain once he was able to access it. Also provided some helpful suggestions to make servicing easier in the future. Overall, very happy with the service and highly recommend them! They definitely helped alleviate what was a stressful situation (involving water damage).
