The technician was very polite and helpful. He followed covid 19 protocols. He looked at the a/c to find out what was wrong and then fixed the problem. He answered all my questions and concerns.

There are some stages of interaction with the co. The Sales people are awesome! Knows what they are selling and will explain to you their product and finally suggest what is best for you. Pricing negotiation ends at an win- win level. If you have shopped around you will know. Then comes the annual servicing part. If your contract warrants pre-payment for next year servicing, bear in mind that you have to diarise the date to call them because they will not call you. Not all parts are under warranty e.g. after the second year I had to pay for the gas valve. During this year's servicing I was told that the capacitor will need to be changed by next year. The rep who comes to your home for servicing is friendly.

I had an AC tune-up on June 4/21. Jason was the technician that was sent to service this call. He is personal, out-going and very conscientious. My AC unit was not working very. He identified a refrigerant leak. He added a dye so that we could detect where the leak was coming from. He also topped up the refrigerant so that the AC would keep us cool. We had a great weekend (despite the high humidity) Thanks Jason.

Very experienced and responsible technician! He came to inspect the job done last year. At the same time, gives very good helpful advices. Company assigned their team to revisit. We do not have to remind them.

I called High Effiency this morning to arrange 1st annual maintenance service. A technician happened to be in the area today and he was able to come the same day! Harry was very pleasant, answering my questions and taking the time to adjust the unit to reduce vibration noise. A very good experience!

Easy to schedule summer maintenance with the office. The technician Showed up on time, did outside and inside checks, and gave some good advice for continued good operations. Would recommend this company.

Jason is one of the technicians from High Efficiency that has come every year to do the yearly tune-up for our furnace. Very professional and provides us with good knowledge to keep our furnace well maintained and functioning well and at its highest efficiency. 100% recommend to anyone needing service for heating and cooling. I don't want to disclose the amount for the tune up as it was part of the deal when we purchased the furnace with them, which was a good deal as well. I'm very happy with my purchase.
