    Air conditioner maintenance

    Last summer (June 2020), Jason attended at my home to service and repair my rather old central air conditioning unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the problem quickly. He provided great advice on whether it was time for a new air conditioner and was a pleasure to deal with.

    Service

    I contacted High Efficiency for an AC issue. Gilbert from the company responded very quickly and were able to fit the work in the same day. Jason the technican was professional and efficient. From initial contact to Jason who came to do the work, I was hugely impressed by the overall experience.

    A/c problem

    The technician was punctual and knowledgable. He found out exactly what the problem was and got it fixed right away. He definitely knew what he was doing. I would recommend this company to my friends.

    Maintenance for Air Conditioner

    We are very happy customers. The quality of service was thorough. The service person was skilled, polite, and punctual. We paid for this maintenance service call through a membership package we purchased. Our experience of this company is that it is credible, provides high quality work, and excellent customer service.

    heating duct line replacement and previous work on furnace

    360 as a return customer. Compared to other large companies the price is competitve. To the smaller-one man vendor its a little pricey. The knowlegeable staff and consultation tips, advises when taken to heart is very informatiive and important of making future decisions on your equipment as to worth the while to spend on certain items or not, in the future. if your situation is a quick fix patch up work , i suggest to go to a man show, but, if you want the work to last and a good return for your money , then I recommend to go with High Efficiency. as for me , I want my money's worth paying for in the long term.     Installation, Sales . Product . Service .

    My furnace broke down all of a sudden , when I call High Efficiency office, the response is prompt and , like the name of the company, really efficient. After all the necessary check and diagnosis, I got my new furnace installed today , my house is warm again , new machine is so quiet . I love it ! Each and everybody in the company for this to happen , sales , technician , customer service , are very pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Lu , the technician who came to install the new furnace and smart thermostat. Mr. Lu is experienced , patient . I actually also purchased humidifier as my original humidifier seems not working . After Mr. Lu checked it up , he told me that my humidifier has never been used probably as the water valve is shut down but needs to drill a hole to let water pass . And he fixed it ! That , is not only professionalism, but also great integrity ! Great experience, Very Impressive . Highly recommended !

    Fixed my Furnace and Smart Thermostat

    My furnace was shutting down unexpectedly. The EF team came in and inspected the system. They performed the required maintenance work and also followed up any outstanding issues on the next day.

    Heater

    Technician is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, checking parts very detail and carefully. Explaining the cause of the issues very detailed. Service was quick and clean. Once again, technician is professional, did an excellent job, highly recommended.

    High Efficiency is Efficient

    Called them up around 8:30 AM for furnace problem and they arranged a technician to show up at my door in 2 hours. The tech has the mask on and put on shoe overs before entering the house. Payment was simple, a touchless tap with my credit card.

    Installed a new furnace, A/C, air filter unit, humidifier and smart thermostat.
