We called in the morning and was able to get an appointment a few hours later. Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable; he took the time to explain the problem with the type of unit we have and what to look for in our next purchase. Would deal with the company again.

I've had a positive experience with High efficiency installing my AC unit in the past, and using their services for maintenance was a no brainer. Communication and follow-up is timely, and the technician was more than happy to answer any questions I had along with other pointers.

Technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. Shared results of pressure test and temperature test. I also asked him to correct a problem with the furnace blower fan. Diagnose the problem quickly and may the adjustment. Also was happy that office staff was able to move appointment ahead 2 weeks since technician was on the area.

Jason, a senior service technician with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating, performed an annual maintenance check on my AC. Since Covid-19 is making everyone take precautions, Jason was careful to keep his distance and wear a mask, despite the fact that we both had one vaccine. The adjustment he made to our A/C last year showed that his adjustment was perfect. As usual, he was very friendly and very professional and quick.

High efficiency was my choice because of value. A. I was looking for a company that was authorized by the manufacturer (carrier) B. Price. They were several hundred dollars less than the competitors. C. History. They have been doing this for 15 years and they are very proud of that. Once booked their communication was stellar. From the booking date to the approximate arrival time of the installation. The technicians were clean and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were willing to install my new smart thermostat for free but it was an easy enough thing to do on my own.

A/C was down. I called them and the company sent the technician the next day. Technician name is Jason. I'll highly recommend him as he focuses on all the details and give me comprehensive explanation. I was very satisfied with the service that High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc provided!

Called High Efficiency in a pinch because my 'preferred' service provider who did install was booking 10 days out. H.E. was very responsive and timely in sending Jason to investigate my AC issue. Can't say enough about how knowledgeable and patient Jason was. He's a man of integrity and very professional. He thoroughly explained the issue and provided clear options. Exceptional service! When you find something great you stay with it - staying with H.E. for all heating and AC services. Thank you, Jason, for living up the H.E. reputation.

My technician arrived on time and was very friendly and knowlegeable. Quick diagnosis and happened to have the part on hand. We were back up and running in no time. I'm very satisfied with the service.

AC making loud noise, call High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc and Harry is here to investigate the issue on the same day. Although the mystery noise disappear when he arrived, he checked and tested out the system thoroughly and finally found the issue which is causing by the cooling coil. Recommendation was made and I am very satisfy with how Harry and the company handling the issue.

i left a review on google but i would like to leave a review here as well. High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc is very professional and dealt with my A/C problem on the same day i called (friday before long weekend) and got the problem solved in a few minutes. That problem actually has been bothering me every year and they got it completely solved!
