    Furnace repair

    Furnace would not stay on for more than 5 minutes and was throwing codes. The Technician came and troubleshooted the issue and explained everything along the way. Because of the nature of the problem and wanting to save me some money, the technician implemented some fixes to see if the issue could be resolved rather than suggesting I replace the furnace and exhaust as other companies recommended. All in all, the problem was fixed without needing a new furnace and exhaust.

    Furnace cleaning 1

    Used High Efficiency to do annual furnace maintenance. Job was very thorough and Jason took time to explain what was done and how my furnace rated. Jason arrived on time and took proper covid precautions. I purchased A/C from them as well and definitely recommend them.

    Furnace and on demand hit water heater maintenance

    Price includes HST Jason was the serviceman. This is his third year coming to do the annual furnace and on demand hot water heater. He does an excellent job. He is very thorough and explains things making sure we understand. He is very respectful and practiced the Covid protocols. We highly recommend Jason. High efficiency is a great company too that is very responsive.

    Furnace Inspection & Winter Serving

    We’d been with another heating & cooling company for the past 15+ years and then the owner retired. We selected High Efficiency based on ratings and reviews on sites like HomeStars and weren’t disappointed. They were professional, thorough, and we were very comfortable with the COVID-19 precautions they took. Based on our experience, a neighbour used them and was also very pleased. We’ll definitely use them again.

    New Furnace

    Purchased a new Carrier furnace through Lowe’s. Install went very smoothly and the furnace is a great product. The install team were efficient and very careful install around the extensive model train set in the basement. Thanks very much.

    Highly Recommended

    High Efficiency Cooling & Heating gave us great service and value, for installation of a new furnace - including references for an energy audit and attic insulation upgrade. Charton took care of us, with expert recommendations on a furnace, as well as a clear explanation of the various home efficiency rebates available in 2020. The job was scheduled and completed within a day or two of signing the contract. The crew followed all standard COVID safety protocols as expected. HECH had replaced a furnace at my inlaw's house last year, which was also an excellent experience, and the reason we selected them for our job. Highly recommended.

    Furnace replacement

    Very professional and very knowledgeable. Prompt service. They even cleaned up all the mess they made. Charton addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend these guys for job well done.

    Furnace rusty pipe replacing

    I contacted High Efficiency H&C Inc for the furnace had rusted pipe issue. With their customer service is easy communicate and arranged a technician came to my home to replace that rusty part of the pipe. Jason arrived on time and immediately went to the furnace to perform repairs. Throughout the process he focused on work and carefully inspected HVAC work system. He patiently explained everything to me after the work was completed, thanks Jason and highly recommend this company

    Carrier Check up

    Very professional and knowledgeable. Jason (technician) did a thorough check up on our furnace and even checked the filter in our humidifier. Recommended a more suitable filter for both. He explained things in details. This company is good because they offered to check if the parts to be replaced are still on warranty and not like other companies who will just charge and charge you for things that you don’t even need. The repair is not complete yet as of this review. We are still waiting for the parts. We will leave another one after everything is finished. But so far everything is good. It is worth calling them.

    Changing Old Thermostat

    Gilbert was very professional and knew right away what I needed to do. Technician had to come out twice but got the job done well. Would not hesitate to call them again.
