    24 year old Carrier Furnace, A/C and Rheem water heater

    My 24 year old Carrier Furnace, A/C and Rheem water heater were on it’s last legs but still working good. At my age I did not want to be stuck in the middle of winter without heat so, I started investigating an estimates. After the first two estimates information received did not not seem O.K. I finally got 5 Estimates. Chose High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc in Markham. I give Charton And his team an excellent rating. Try him.     Furnace repair

    Furnace was grinding. Carrier recommended High efficiency. They were polite and professional on phone (Natalie). Jason came that night and replaced the motor. Jason explained everything and did not leave until we were satisfied. Amazing!

    Furnace maintenance

    Friendly service with helpful advices. Explained the steps taken for each step of the check-up to ensure client understood what was going on! Provided recommendations on water conservation related to water use on humidifier.

    Hi velocity System Maintenance

    We just moved and wanted to have our heating system checked before winter. High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc responded quickly to all f our questions and scheduled the job right away. Jason arrived on time and explained how our system worked and how to care for it properly. We are first time home owners and really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to us. We also really appreciated that he followed all COVID19 safety protocols. We will definitely work with this company again!

    Maintenance Service

    The High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Technician Piraba was very professional. He did a great job by investigating the leaking problem and correcting it. The whole team at this company are great.

    Super Job!

    Jason, as usual was very meticulous and cautious during and after the maintenance for our furnace. He gives recommendations and educates the clients about the best products to use to extend the life of the furnace and Humidifier. We appreciate and hope for all technicians to be like him, professional, experienced, meticulous and knowledgeable.

    Preventative Maintenance

    Pirabaharan, our technician came on time to check our furnace throughly and was very knowledgeable. He acted very professionally and did a wonderful job. I would 100% recommend him!! and would love for him to do my maintenance next year!

    Annual furnace inspection

    A couple of years ago, I started using this company to service my heat pump and gas furnace. I’ve been impressed with every technician- very knowledgeable and always patiently answer any questions. I highly recommend giving them a try- you’ll be very satisfied.

    Carrier furnace maintenance Oct.14/20

    Jason performed all the maintenance checks with clear explanations at each step. Even though it wasn't scheduled, he took the time to check the humidifier pad and showed me that it was still clean. He is very polite and goes the extra mile. I was very pleased with his service.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Called High Effiency to arrange annual furnace maintenance. Service technician, Jay, was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Jay explained everything he was doing and gave me useful tips on furnace filters. Very pleased with service.
