    Tankless repair

    On time. Confident in their work. I would use them again. They found the problem & got the machine running smoothly while parts are on order. I have used them before & they are reliable.

    Air Conditioning

    Very pleased with the new Carrier A/C recently installed by HEC&A. We opted for a Carrier Infinity system with High Seer (efficiency) rating and low noise. Service and price were excellent. Installation was completed within days and all work was completed thoroughly with no issues. The company and sales consultant Charton are very responsive. Have no difficulty recommending to others.

    High Efficiency - Replacement of motor and capacitor

    Jay was very good. He got to the problem right away and reminded me that a good part of the job was on warranty, which saved a lot of money. While I was pleased with the company, I was very pleased with Jay who made the experience as best as it could be - thank you Jay!!

    High Efficiency Cooling and Heating

    My neighbor and I were both building 6000 square foot custom homes. We were very blessed to have used high-efficiency Heating and Cooling and our previous homes and therefore knew how great the service from this company was. (Previous installs of A/C and furnaces). From start to finish, working with architects and designers to ensure form and function, this company had the best prices, and the best service!) Her new homes have upper and lower furnaces as well as two air conditioners. I can't say enough good things about them. Building a house is ridiculously stressful, but the competent staff were anything but. When the raccoons broke in and tore apart all the ducting, HECH took care of everything. High Efficiency Heating and Cooling? High Effeciency Service and Support! Thank you to this great company!

    Ac Repair.

    Jason is very knowledgeable and experienced technician. I would recommend to anyone who needed their AC or Furnace repaired. He was able to identify many problems on my AC and fixed them all. His Instructions and recommendations on various products and warranty were phenomenal. Keep up the good work Jason.

    A/C Repair

    Excellent customer service. From the initial booking (Gilbert is excellent!) to the service call. Harry was the service technician. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to diagnose the problem and explained everything thoroughly before performing service on A/C. He also provided valuable maintenance tips for the A/C, furnace, etc. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

    Carrier (Blower Motor)

    During the last few weeks of Winter ‘19 and a pretty good cold snap, we hit a few bumps in the road with our blower motor (according to the Infinity controller malfunction reports). After a few re-boots of our system it became obvious that it was more serious than a hiccup and so we called the good folks at High Efficiency, who as Carrier experts did good work for us, in the past. At that time, Jason & his colleague, Pirba did a nice job listening to and considering our observations - then, began their diagnostics systematically. Everything checked out nicely - the blower motor and the control board, no obvious faults. However, they spotted a “mismatch” in settings between the control circuit board and our Infinity controller/thermostat’s settings. They considered and discussed the potential problem with those settings and then chose to reset it, properly. Conclusion: keep an eye on the blower motor, and maybe that control board - which may misbehave when overheated. So, all done for the time being. And, it ran well.. for a day. But, it was better as we headed out of Winter into Spring, with only a few hiccups, from early March to late June - with only the occasional “blower motor” malfunction. But, nothing a re-boot couldn’t correct. That was until we were into the more serious air conditioning period in late June, when the “blower motor” finally gave out, late on a Friday night. Anyway, long story shorter, after a few emergency emails on Saturday, some phone calls and days without air flow, we were able to nail down a service date to replace the “blower motor” & “control board” to best insure a good result, given the circumstances. And, we chose this route mainly because we weren’t ready to give up on a system that had not yet reached it’s 12th Birthday. The most important thing however, was that Jason understood our concern & frustration with what is still deemed to be a good system. Jay was extremely professional and conscientious during the whole process and was very careful to check & double check the new part positioning and control settings. Bottom line - it’s been the better part of a week now since the repairs to our Carrier, and it’s humming along, nicely doing it’s job - malfunction free. And obviously, we’re hoping that our Carrier system reaches some better milestone birthdays before we finally say goodbye to it. But, until then we have Jason to thank, and the team at High Efficiency Cooling & Heating for their professional service. Hopefully, we won’t need their help again, too soon. Thanks again.     Fixing AC

    The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to find out what the problem was and explained it clearly to us. Company was quick in responding to our needs when we called them. Highly recommend.

    Air conditioner repair and service

    Jason was polite, friendly and professional. Explained everything, fixed the problem without trying to sell us a new unit! Even gave our 19 year old unit a nice clean and it’s running beautifully. We were also really grateful he could make it within hours of our call - great now the weather is getting hot!

    Maintenance and cleanup of three ductless air conditioners

    We were scheduling a maintenance check up and cleaning for our three ductless air conditioners. We had never had them cleaned and were shocked at some of the estimates from different companies. They were unreasonably high. I was relieved when I found this company. Not only was the price reasonable but the service was prompt and meticulous. I highly recommend this company.
