    New AC Unit

    Was in search of a new AC unit. Really appreciated Charton who took time to explain all our options with no sales pressure, provided a competitive quote, always prompt in calling back, patient in responding to our many questions and flexible to meet depending on our schedule. The AC unit was installed without problems by Lu and his team who were respectful in always making a point to close the door when they were coming in or out. Great experience with Charton, Lu and his team. Would not hesitate to recommend.

    Ac unit install

    Had new ac installed before summer came. Our sales rep, Charton, was very knowledgeable and professional when pitching to us. Made it a point that he could be reached anytime with questions and concerns. Really appreciated the time he took to explain all the products (pros/cons, pricing, etc) that high efficiency had to offer. Day of install, crew of 3 came on time and needed no supervision to get the job done. A few confirmations from me on certain locations and off they went. Two and half hours later ac unit is installed and concluded with a brief walkthrough of how to operate. Install crew left some dirt behind in the basement from trekking back and forth in new sub division but didn't mind that. Had to inquire about ac rebate a few months later and Charton and front office got back to me within minutes of contacting them. Can't beat turn around time like that. Kudos High Efficiency and Cooling team.

    Ductless Air Conditioner Installation

    Our company installed a ductless air conditioner From High Efficiency recently. Everything from the initial quote to the final installation went smoothly and professionally. We have other projects coming up and we definitely will look forward to getting it done by High Efficiency!

    Air Conditioner Installed

    We had our A/C replaced by High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. Rick Li explained our options and suggested the best unit for our home. Rick was honest and sincere and had our best interests in mind. The installation was done very professionally and the team cleaned up nicely. Our overall experience with this company was outstanding and I would highly recommend this company for any products/services they provide.

    Ductless AC multiunit installation

    Very happy with the work. Bernie scoped the problem quickly and came up wit a competitively priced solution which adresses both my needs and my concerns. Installation was executed in the most professional way.

    New Furnace Quote & Install

    Our furnace was suddenly red tagged this week, much to our surprise. There was a very small crack within the unit that was a safety risk. The furnace was very close to it is life expectancy. We shopped around and had the pleasure of working with an extremely knowledgeable sales rep "Charton", who guided us through the entire process. Cannot say enough about his professionalism. Then the two installers Keith and Goldie were exceptional. There care and attention to detail within my home was excellent.

    Carrier Air Conditioner Install

    Installed an air conditioner and humidifier unit with High Efficiency cooling & Heating in 2014. Charlton went out of his way to come over on a Sunday night to provide a quote and his prices were very competitive. He was able to beat the lowest price for the same a/c unit I received from several companies at the fall Home Show. After listening to his suggestions, we went ahead and signed. Installation was performed two days later and the results were great! The technicians were very careful to mount the unit to the exterior brick as close to the fence line as possible without crossing into the neighbour's yard as the fence was not installed yet. The Carrier unit is quiet and provides ample cooling, and the in line humidifier we installed works perfectly. After 3 years, the unit still works like new and we have not had reasons to call for service. We would highly recommend Charlton and High Efficiency Cooling & Heating! Give them a call and get a quote, you will not be disappointed!

    New furnace installed

    My furnace started to malfunction last week. We called a service company with whom I had good relationship with to come and diagnose the problem. It was determined the heat exchanger no longer worked and that the furnace must be shut down immediately. We had the option of replacing the exchanger or replace the furnace. We chose the latter. However we decided to get another quote even though we knew we had to get this done asap. My in-laws highly recommended High Efficiency Cooling & Heating so we gave Charton a call at 10pm. He came to our house at 11pm and explained in details all of our options without any pressure. We soon came to an agreement and installation was scheduled the following day! Keith and Mike came the next afternoon and replaced our furnace. Charton came by to check in on the progress as well. The job was done very professionally. They even cleaned my AC system as a bonus. Two days after the furnace was installed, we noticed some water leakage at the bottom of the furnace. We called Charton right away. He in turn contacted Keith. After spoken on the phone, Keith drove all the way across town on a Sunday night to come and looked at the problem. It turned out there was a small manufacture defect with the condensation collector. We were very impressed that both Charton and Keith took our problem so seriously and address it right away. The new furnace is now working very well and we are very happy with the decision to go with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating. We have no problem recommending them to family and friends!

    AC purchase and installation

    Rick and the entire staff at High Efficiency Heating and Cooling Inc are top grade professionals in the heating and cooling industry. They are simply fantastic. I had a great experience with the consultation, installation and follow up of my new AC unit. I consulted with a few other companies before deciding with High Efficiency but it didn't take me long to decide to purchase my unit from High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc. Rick was sincere and very honest with me during the consultation phase and his words and actions were very credible. He was very knowledgable as well. The office staff and the technicans were fantastic as well. Overall a great company to do business with and I would definitely recommend High Effieciency Cooling and Heating Inc to my family and friends.
