    A/C installation

    They are very efficient, cost effective and customer friendly. Prices are reasonable and products are highly reliable. Overall, I had a great experience with them.

    Fix the broken furnance

    My furnace broke down overnight and the temperature dropped to 18 degree in the house. With a senior person at home, I got really worried especially in the cold winter. I called High Efficiency the first thing in the morning, and they responded immediately and sent a skilled technician to my house. They replaced the broken blower motor and brought the furnace back to work within a couple of hours. On top of that, they have also inspected the furnace and provided some useful suggestions. High Efficient has a group of trustful people and they have provided a reliable service. I would recommend this company with their quality service to anyone without reservation.

    Furnace instolation

    Work was done ahead earlier then aspected Very professionally done Esspasially like to thank Rick Li for the best customer service performance Defenetly we will recommend to our friends and family Thank you for saving us on this very cold days

    Furnace

    Thanks to Rick and his very professional team I got my furnace replaced the same day during a cold Canadian winter, they arrived on time and got the job done well within the allotted time. Thx again!

    Installed new furnace

    Thank you High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc for installing new furnace! I highly recommend using this company for any HVAC issues. The whole experience was exceptional from end to end, from the initial call to the 1800 number, to the informative sales expertise of Charton and to the professional installers Mr Lu and assistant. The installation/sale process was thoroughly explained by Charton, there was no sales pressure and he provided me with the furnace technical specifications on helping me picked the right model for my home. Mr. Lu and assistant was punctual, the work was clean/professional, friendly and they respected my home. Thanks Paul

    Heating and air conditioning

    Our family had our heating and cooling for our house complete. The service and attention to detail was amazing. Highly recommend and price was extremely competitive. Highly recommend to everyone.

    New furnace, air conditioner and humidifier

    Charton, the sales representative was exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable. He always got back to you with an answer. Competitive pricing and warranty. Great down to earth manner and never felt pressured to make a decision. Very helpful person. Installation was fast, clean and on time. Overall very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this company.

    Upgrade Furnace

    Upgraded my 20 year old furnace to a high efficiency unit after checking out several vendors. High Efficiency wasn't the cheapest option but I opted for the Carrier brand reputation & the sales approach by Charton who was easily the best as he gave me complete confidence in how the furnace would be installed. The venting was very complicated but he detailed it perfectly. The other companies were not as specific leaving me questioning what the ceiling in my finished basement would look like. Just needed a small inconspicuous grill The installers came ready to work and completed the installation efficiently, in a timely manner and answered my questions. Cleanup afterwards was as expected. This company knows their stuff!! VERY IMPRESSED!!

    AC and Furnace Replacement

    After many meetings with many other AC and Furnace companies, I had our AC and Furnace replacement with High Efficiency this summer. The sales representative, Serguel was very patient and knowledgeable towards the various options of Carrier products. He was friendly, professional and did not pressure me in any way to purchase the products. He came the same day that I called to have the consultation. The price was fair and It basically offered more than other companies. Installation crew was efficient and considerate to protect our house overall. I referred to my neighbors too.
