High Efficiency responded within the same day of which was the warmest of the year. The technician was able to determine and repair the issue. He also checked other parts of the unit to make sure everything was in good working condition.

The A/C unit did not work properly when the weather suddenly warmed up. Even though it was very busy for servicing technicians at that time, the service department was very responsive and they could arrange very experpience technicians to come next day to fix the underlying complicated problems so that the A/C system could function normally again. The technicians also suggested ways to prevent further issues. The technicians were punctual and meticulous. I do not have any hesitation in recommending High Efficiency Heating and Cooling Inc. to anyone.
