Technician Rana at High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. did a spectacular job getting the A/C running optimally in advance of the summer weather. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the up keep of the unit. The office staff is always wonderful and proactive in scheduling seasonal maintenance at the best times. High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. is my #1 A/C and Heating company.

Once again Harry came to provide seasonal maintenance for our A/C. As usual, Harry was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional in providing excellent maintenance for our A/C unit. He lets his work do the talking! We are immensely confident in Harrys work and expertise and we have immense trust in Gilbert and this company. They are reliable, dependable, honest and competent. We are thankful!

I had problems with setting the temperature easily as the up and down buttons were sticking, making it very difficult to change the temperature. The technician easily identify the problem, provide additional information that assisted me in making a decision to resolve the problem. The replacement was done with care and efficiently! I am very pleased with the new thermostats and the service I received!!

Technician was on time to check furnace maintenance. He was helpful to suggest services to maintenance the heating system.

Beautiful Toronto weather in April, turned on my central air but it wasnt throwing out cool air. I called High Efficiency Cooling and Heating they arrived the next day which was Saturday to assess the problem and discuss options. Monday, service representative came to to discuss options signed the contract and installed the ac unit that day. Installation flawless and extremely neat and tidy would recommend this company to anyone who needed a cooling or heating system.

Harry was really great. He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to identify the issue and help us place an order under warranty. Also huge thank you to Gilbert who always provides such amazing customer service.

Great customer service. Installer came back to make it better without being requested. Sales consultant always does follow up to ensure installation quality.

Our old forced air gas furnace and air conditioning system was giving out, so we decided to replace it all. High Efficiency came up with an excellent new Carrier alternative and helped us take advantage of government subsidies and rebates. Their ace technician later showed us how to use the systems many options most efficiently for greater savings. One followup: the Carrier unit failed to everyones surprise with just under a year onsite. High Efficiency replaced it entirely promptly and with no charge. Fantastic work as always. Kudos to Harry, Lu, Natalie.

Id like to say it is the best company for maintenance I met. The stuff is warm and professional. They are quick response and great value in installation(2012) and service after installation (Feb 2022), Highly recomended!
