    Overall a very professional and pleasant experience. They explained the timelines and everything happened in the exact sequence that they said it would. Very happy with the install.

    Roof Inspection
    Tim and his team gave a detailed estimate, and completed the skylight replacement on time and on budget. They were easy to deal with. We would hire them again for our next project.

    Roof repair

    Trees fell on our house just 2 months before listing it for sale. They bumped us up in their very busy schedule, and got the job done quickly and properly. Thanks to Tiffany and the T. Simpson team, very much appreciated!

    Shingle replacement for the entire roof

    We have used T Simpson roofing several times for our business, our previous home and now for our current home. The customer service and quality of the work is second to none. They recently replaced all the shingles on our roof and it looks awesome. The crew was polite and efficient and took great care not to damage any property. I was also very happy with the clean up after the job was completed. Would highly recommend!

    I had the soffits, fascia and eaves troughs replaced on my home. T. Simpson arrived to do the job earlier than I had expected and it looks great. The guys were hard working and finished in 2 days. I'm very happy with the results.

    Install Asphalt Shingle Roofing
    Amazing communication and workmanship. From the front office, to the sales person, to the tradespeople everything was done in a professional and timely manner. Great Experience! So glad to have this done right before winter. I can rest assured, that with my experience with T.Simpson Roofing, that my roof was done exceptionally well and with the right people. I just wish that I would have used the company to replace my downspouts etc...definitely will call on them next year!

    new shingles

    Around 17 years ago we needed to get a new roof for our house we contracted T Simpson roofing they did an excellent job, in and out quickly professional and cleaned up very well. We were so pleased my wife would tell all the neighbours on her walks as the whole subdivision started to need roofs and we saw their sign come up a lot. We did not hesitate to call them when we needed it done again, we did not even get quotes from anywhere else. While the name of the company was the same the service was not, they left a terrible mess my wife even had to pick up nails of our driveway after they left and the service certainly was not the same in any way. When my wife called to discuss her concerns she was asked to refer to her contract several times and they also responded with did you not read the contract? Again, we were so pleased the last time never even thought we had to read all the fine print. Bottom line is we will no longer recommend them to anyone, but I will say they are just another roofing company make sure you get quotes elsewhere, go with who feels best for you and do not forget to read their contract!!!

Since November installs are tricky when it comes to clean up and snow, we'd be happy to return when the snow has melted and do another complete clean-up. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding or some confusion as we did not ask your wife to refer to the contract, when she mentioned the satellite signal was lost and she almost had to a wait a week for a service visit, it was mentioned to her that we outlined this possibility in the Customer Information Letter we emailed out prior to the roof replacement. This Customer Information Letter is not a contract, it's just a letter with helpful ways to prepare for the roof job and covers a lot of FAQS. We hope this helps to clarify.     Eavestrough Replacement

    The crew from T. Simpson Roofing Ltd were awesome. They were a friendly group who arrived on time did a great job installing my new eavestrough. They even exterminated a couple of wasps nest for me in the process! They worked efficiently and clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend T. Simpson Roofing Ltd.
