    New eaves and gutter guards and roof vents

    This is the second time we have used T Simpson Roofing. They put a new roof on our previous home and, when it came time to put new eaves with gutter guards and additional roof vents in our next home, we called T Simpson again. They are competitively priced, they carry full WSIB, they do excellent work and they provide quick and efficient service. There's not much more that you can ask for when hiring someone to work on your home!!

    Roofing

    T Simpson did a wonderful job on re-roofing my home. The job was completed in one day with the men working over 12 hours. I expressed concerns over my new back garden being harmed by roof tiles so they graciously disposed of all the tiles in the front leaving my garden unharmed. Their completed work was very professional. The men kind and very hard working. I would highly recommend this company!

    Eavesdrop replacement

    I recently had my eavesdrops replaced by this company and they did a great job. Price was reasonable, terry was great as well as the installers. The installation took the time to review it with me and I noticed There was a small mistake on the instructions where one of the downspouts were and they immediately replaced the piece and fixed it before they left. The installation crew was very friendly and professional. I will use this company again.

    Roofing

    On Sunday November 15, during the worst wind storm I ever experienced, some shingles flew off our roof. Anxious to repair the damage and assess the state of the roof, I phoned Simpson’s next day. Inundated with similar calls, they explained their repair policy and then booked me in. Expecting a long delay, I was surprised when two helpful men called two days later, ready to start work. Sitting upstairs in my office hearing footsteps on the roof was disquieting—how much damage were they finding? When I went to check, one of the men was climbing down a ladder carrying some shingles. The repairs were complete, the roof had been thoroughly checked, and all was well. For the outstandingly good service received and peace of mind this brought I recommend T. Simpson Roofing with unreserved enthusiasm. Chris McGowan

    Engineered siding

    I chose T Simpson Roofing to install engineered board and batten on the second storey of my home and the job done was absolutely perfect. Gary came out for the estimate and Adam and his team completed the work, Adam and his team truly take pride in the work they do and it shows. I have to say that I couldn’t be happier with the finished work and will contact them for future projects. Don’t waste your time calling other companies if you are looking for quality work and they are competitively priced for the work they do.

    Almost left it too long, but reassured I won't need to do it again in my lifetime.

    We used the company 17 years ago and were pleased with them then. It only seemed appropriate to give the work to them again. The initial contact was very helpful in guiding us to 35 year shingles and letting us know when the job could be booked. The materials and disposal bin arrived a few days before the roofing crew. They completed the bulk of the work in one day with some flashing to be dealt with the next day. Minimal trash to be picked up after they left. The crew were friendly and very experienced. I appreciated the fact that they tapped the roof during their lunch break in case there was an unexpected shower.

    Roof Repair

    First called them last fall about a leak. They came quickly and found it was some loose flashing - and fixed it for $250. Based on that experience, I called them in to do a complete Roof Onspection, just to check if my roof was in good shape. They said everything was good for another 5-10 years except for a small area that had sunk. They said they would need to replace a few sheets of roof plywood and the shingles. They came and fixed it - and the crew they sent were amazingly professional, explained everything and cleaned up before they left. I would not call anyone other than T Simpson based on these 2 amazing experiences. I found them truthful, reliable, they sent experienced people - and I learned they also do many other types of work. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

    Good salesperson and timely repair

    Terrey the sales person was knowledgeable and Friendly and pointed out options available along with prices. Nathan and Kevin the servic techs were on time, did a good job while working on a very steep pitched roof and tidied up the site afterwards.

    Eavestrough and Roof

    Great experience, high quality, prompt service and courteous Roof and Eavestrough expert. Any questiones I had were answered thoroughly and honestly at a fair and reasonable price. I only wish I had found them sooner. They are now my go to for Eavestrough and Roofing installation and repair. A company that will come out to do repairs no matter how big or small where others only do installs and take your money and run. If your install company doesn't do repairs and only focuses on new installs, view that as a red flag. And many Eavestrough and roofing companies just do new installs. They don't see or know how to address issues that come with time. This is where T. Simpson Roofing outshines the rest. They will take care of you whether you do a full install or have to addresses issues left by someone else, acts of God or the passage of time. So glad I found them. I wont use anyone else from now on.
