    Eave trough repair

    We called Simpson Roofing to do an emergency repair to our eavetroughs. Recommended by my father whom had his roof done by them. Water was actually leaking into our basement as the eavestroughs pulled away from the roof. They were there the next day and fixed the issue and Sent a sales guy to provide us with a quote to replace. Great service!

    New Roof + All Exterior Aluminum Work

    Absolutely amazing job done by both the roofing and the aluminum crews! We would also like to to thank Jeremy and Tim Simpson himself, for there guidance in a couple of tricky situations. Lastly, the people in the office at T.Simpson are always calling and responding as promised. If you're not thinking of using T. Simpson - start now! Thanks everyone at T. Simpson, we really did get what we were promised!

    Roof

    New roof

    The work was completed, with very little inconvenience. Jeremy was very helpful with the quote and still had great advice for us, even after collecting the final payment. The only issue was having to wait for the key to the skylight so long after the roof and skylight were installed, because they forgot it and had to reorder.

    NEW ROOFING

    I decided on T Simpson Roofing after several quotes because they have been around for a long time and were willing to work on the price for me. The crew worked hard all day to get the new roof done. However, there were a few concerns that I had after the installation. They sent someone to inspect my concerns right away and a crew was booked to fix the issues shortly after. Everyone I dealt with at T Simpson Roofing always responded very quickly whether returning calls or emails especially Jeremy. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly from beginning to end. There follow up and customer service is outstanding.

    New Roof (shingles and sky light

    Very professional crew, only took one day for installation. Jeremy took care of everything and explained everything in advance. Very knowledgeable in his field. As well he went one step further and had us move to code by increasing are vents on the roof so we now meet code which will help our roof by increasing ventilation which should prolong the life of the new shingles. The crew were very friendly and worked in a good team systematic atmosphere. We would recommend T. System Roofing Ltd. to all our friends and neighbours.

    New Roof

    Our encounter with Jeremy when he arrived at our home to give us an estimate, was very impressive. Jeremy was the only consultant that actually went on our roof, took photos to show us, and sat with us to go over every detail of T. Simpson’s quality in materials and warranty. After a few estimates, all others taking approximately 15 minutes, we choose T. Simpson to do our roof. Jeremy was one of the deciding factors, very professional gentleman, and very informative. After a rain delay our roof was completed quickly. The appearance of the work is A-1. The roofers were swift in their task and when the job was complete the clean up was immaculate. Very few pieces of debris were found.

    Roof striped and shingles replaced

    I have to say how pleased I am with the job that T. Simpson Roofing just did on my home. Everything from start to finish was so professional, from Jeremy in sales patiently answering all my questions to the team of installers who came to do the work itself. I'll be sure to recommend T. Simpson Roofing in future.
