The Granite Guys were very professional and helpful from the start of our project until finish. We went to The Granite Guys not knowing exactly what we wanted and Walter explained all of our options and took the time to show us around the yard. After we chose our product (Super White ) we were booked in for templating and everything went according to plan. All staff was excellent. Our installers Kevin and Brandon were punctual and professional. Would definitely recommend The Granite Guys..

Granite Guys were very professional and very helpful with the layout of the granite to get the most continuous pattern. Kevin, Tyson and Brandon were very upbeat and polite. I didn't have to ask them to put drop cloths on the carpets they just did it. Countertops look amazing and I would highly recommend Granite Guys to family and friends. Great job guys!!!!!

I am so glad that I went with the Granite Guys! From start to finish, they were the best. Sandra was patient and extremely helpful when I was choosing my granite, Kevin and his crew, were on time, professional, and very efficient with the installation! It was a pleasure to deal with this company!

Sometimes problems happen - when this did in my kitchen granite countertop install, Walter @ Granite Guys said "this doesn't meet our standards" and fixed it without question. Professionalism from start to completion from Tammy, Walter, template, install and end result - all exceeded my expectations. These people know their business their products and most importantly, customer care - a joy to work with. Highly recommend and am using them again for another project. Thanks Tammy, Walter et al.

Found this company on Homestars, liked the reviews and we weren't disappointed. Love these guys, Kevin and his installation crew were the best. Polite, careful and very efficient. We plan to use them again on our next renovation project.

It is not often you quality, price and service all together but with the Granite Guys you do! Everyone we dealt with was extremely competent in their job and the job was done when they said it would be done. We liked that they do not subcontract any of the work out. We would also recommend using Call Canadian for plumbing services as it makes for easy coordination of everything we need done. Truly a wonderful experience.

Just had new Quartz countertops installed by Granite Guys! Two gents installing were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend as advice from estimator great as well. Everything was timely and relatively easy for me. I am loving my new countertops!!

Add another happy customer to the long list at Granite Guys. Walter was a great help helping me select the right color of quartz and very mindful of my budget. Kevin and Brandon performed my installation quickly and neatly and were very friendly and neat. The front office staff/accounting department were friendly and sweet and very accommodating of my schedule. I couldn't be happier with Granite Guys. They surpassed my expectations!

I needed a large piece of granite for a new island in my kitchen. I brought a cardboard template of the irregular shape I needed in to their showroom. I was told that the granite would cost between $3,000 and $4,000, unless I was able to find a "remnant" piece of granite in the yard that was suitable. The sales guy then took me into the yard and showed me where to look and what to look for. (It would have been nice to have more help looking, but the sales guy seemed disinterested.) I was trying to match an existing piece of granite, which I had a picture of. I found some possible matches, photographed them in the yard, and brought the pictures into the sales office, where the receptionist was able to identify the granite and provide me with samples to take home. None of the possible matches actually did match, so I returned and found a different remnant, pure black, as a contrast to the existing granite. Once again, the receptionist helped me find samples and also offered design assistance. She was amazingly helpful. They were able to provide me a quote, based on my cardboard template, in about 15 minutes, although I had to measure up the template myself. About a week later, they sent me a CAD drawing of the finished shape (derived from the cardboard) for my approval. The cutting and polishing of the piece took about 4 weeks. Three young men showed up to install the granite. They were cheerful and thorough and utterly professional, and left me with a gift bag including instructions on how to clean and seal the granite as well as the supplies to do so (they did the original seal after completing the installation). The whole thing cost $1700.
